I actually love this countdown, it’s neat, it’s got variety and it’s well stocked. And if you realise you forgot something then (depending on queues I guess) the staff are trying their best to get you to a space where you don’t feel like you’ve not got all you needed. Will definitely be back as this is a treat for the forgetful minded mom! Thanks guys I really appreciated :)

its a great supermarket which sell many great stuff and we can find many of our items we need, however i am gluten free and everytime i go there to get bread or buns i can't seem to find anything. it just makes me think that since its a big super market they should cater for gluten free which many people are (gluten free). besides this i love this store

THE BEST Countdown i have visited. From the carpark to the checkouts. I am so impressed that there are so many disabled & Expecting mothers & prams car parks. How thoughtful & generous! Plenty of trolleys available. The store is clean, tidy, modern & well presented. The shelves , fridges & freezers are fully stocked. So much variety! I travel from Papakura (which has 2 countdowns!) just to shop at this store. Plenty of room, all checkouts are open, the staff & kind and friendly. I haven't used the Deli, fresh Sea Food or in-store chemist- so cannot comment on these. Huge selection of meat, especially in the 3 for $20 range. Car park gets a bit tricky to exit on busy days, a roundabout on the main road adjacent would be a good idea. Highly recommend this store.

Nice big supermarket with no blocked isles, awesome variety and ample parking. However, there seems to be less checkouts open than there used to be, even at busy times. Maybe this is due to Countdown wanting us to use their self service checkouts alowing staff reductions? I've found every checkout operator here to be very friendly and chatty. They packed all my groceries for me and in the correct bags!

This new 'Bigger' version store has wide aisles larger service areas for specialty items like the deli, fish center & bakery than its smaller one. If you cant find a product on thier shelves then thier friendly staff are ready to help find it for you or direct you to the right isles. It also has lots of disable & mums with kids parking available right outside the main entrance

Great supermarket that is well stocked so you should be able to find what you want. There is more than enough parking even during the busier times. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is usually no a very long wait if at all for the registers.

If you don't have a list which you stick to religously, you might end up buying lots of yummy things you hadn't planned on buying. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

By far my favorite countdown. Most staff are fantastic.most. Lovey girl on the trolleys atm who kindly helped me pack my car,wouldn't take no for an answer.
