Clean, large range, very affordable, plenty of parking and trolleys. Usually quick to get through checkouts. Great seafood selection with good meat, bakery and fruit/veggie selections. Recent times have caused a few items I usually get to disappear but I have found alternatives in stock that work well enough.

Yeah fine. Typical supermarket and typical supermarket in Covid times. I can't buy my own amount of pick and mix or deli stuff - it's all pre-packaged. Sometimes I only need a teeny bit of something so that's not happening at the moment. Not their fault I know but a bit frustrating. A few gaps on the shelves but not bad considering supply chain issues etc. Better prices than New World generally

Very clean and tidy. As usual, a big super market with wines, groceries, and usual bakery items to daily needs. On a weekend there were more then 6 checkouts operating with experienced staff, they were helpful, polite and friendly. Happy to answer any questions with a smile. Loved the customer apporoach. Fuel prices were competitive, you get a 6c off fuel voucher after shopping with your purchase bill. Simple to use at the station situation in the same premises. Printer was working fine to print the fuel receipt. Will come back again.

Great, even though the Pukekohe store was busy Christmas Eve 9 am the shelves were well stocked and the staff were cheerful.

Went down for a ride and do bit a shopping and ended up pushing out a full trolley. We love it it wasnt a big queue either during the lockdown. And i always come out with hot pies n cakes from the bakery to enjoy in the car with the kids. Lots a selection in bakery section.

I never complain but have to get this off my chest.I do shopping daily for various people at the Pukekohe store but don’t feel Wellcome after a staff member a few months ago at the self service was very rude.I brought my own Pam cooler bags,they are visibly worn and stained and she came up to me in front of customers asking if I have paid for the bags,I told her surely you can see this is old and her reply was are you sure.This morning same thing happenned ,the lady did not keep questioning me like the first time but I have decided I do not need to be treated this way and will shop elsewhere as much as possible.It’s not the questioning but the unfriendly manner I was treated.Most staff are friendly at the checkouts but I think it can’t do harm to remind your staff that they have a job because of the customers that shop there.

Routinely well stocked and comparable prices to most other Pak'nSave stores. Notably, it's a clean store with a professional and diverse workforce. One sign that things are well maintained in this store is in how you hardly find stray trolleys in the parking lot and how they are always clean and in good working condition in the trolley bays.

I rate my experience at pain save a 3/5 due to the fact that I felt scared for my life when some guy was throwing boxes and I thought that it was going to hit me in the head then when I was walking out some dude tried to block me from going out for some reason and I had to go all the way around him just to get out. :(

Always shop here. Great prices, huge selection. And staff are so friendly... Only issue is people just park in the disabled parking and have no parking permit Disabled people pay for their ticket. You don't have to pay to park. And this is not monitored... you could at least have the trolly people take number plates and you could ask them to move over your loud speaker. Or add more parking spaces. You should stick up for the disabled people who make the effort to shop with you.

Great place to shop and I guess better than any other place around. However, I saw Pak'nSave Manukay is having their trolleys sanitized every week. I wonder if you would do the same. It is not only sounds just safe to shop but also this kind of act would help the community safe!!!

Good shopping just a shame pukekohe I'd full of fat lazy people that abuse the mobility parking. I use a wheelchair and cant get out of the car in a normal park. But can never get a park here and almost no cars have permits. It needs to be monitored better

I visited Pack n Save, Pukekohe yesterday and it's a good resource to have available in these troubled times. However, I was disappointed to see so many shoppers appearing blase about the current crisis. Yes, we all know that surgical face masks provide only limited protection from viruses, but they're surely better than nothing. Many shoppers seemed oblivious to the risks of the spread of infection and were wandering around P & S without any protection. It was also surprising and disappointing to see that none of the staff were wearing any facial protection and this is irresponsible in my opinion. As the number of cases continues to rise in New Zealand, I think we all have to recognise where the weak links are, and what we can do to strengthen them. I believe P & S should insist on facial protection for both shoppers and staff, and refuse entry to anyone displaying a blatant disregard for this most basic of health protection.

Nice neat and tidy shop. What angers me is they have: "Get the chance to win a $500 gift voucher" by submitting your thoughts on having shopped there. I've submitted, multiple times, my thoughts and ideas and not once has anyone replied. Has anyone ever won a voucher? It annoys me that they have the prices above the product in some places and below in others. It's confusing and I've been caught out when I got to the till.

Standard Pak 'n Save layout which makes finding things easy. Have only used the self checkouts and found this line to move very quickly. Unlike a lot of supermarkets, just after you enter the main store, there is a shortcut to miss out all the produce & deli section.
