S. K.I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. I thought I lost my handbag in the store. The staff did extraordinary measures to retrieve the handbag. Including checking CCT footage of my entry. It showed that I had entered the store without the handbag. I later retrieved the handbag which I had left on Ritchies bus. I can’t thank the girls enough for their calm efficiency.
A. K.The New world is beautiful located near Airport. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The mountain view from parking lot is just amazing. Has nice fresh vegetables and good products and good prize.
M. F.This used to be an old quiet holiday park. It's now a Top 10 with prices to match but not yet the quality of facilities. They are working hard but only 2 showers (Jan 2022) meant queues in both the women's and men's. Friendly hosts and nice wee town.
T. N. Z.Cookies and cream cake was disappointing. Didnt realise it was mock cream. Best to stick with the known flavours. Great customer service at the counter though.

K. T.Like most New Worlds they are a pretty great place to shop. Sandwiches are nice and great value here for on the road. They have the car shopping trolley where your child can go in and play while you shop at the same time. Genius idea.

D. M.New World Queenstown was fantastic. We visited this store while on holiday & were able to select items from the deli to save us cooking dinner one night. The bread items in the bakery were incredible & the selection of birthday cake amazing. We were even able to buy an individual alcoholic drink each. Staff were so friendly & helpful - other New Worlds should follow suit 😊

T. R.I don't know why staff are quite unfriendly. At self checkout the staff member clearly waited till I finished and as I walked away with my food she walked right in front of me. No apology she just didn't care. I don't understand why the attitude? Also I was going to buy luncheon from deli but it looked past the best before, I explained because the meat had a dark colour around the edge. She was like oh ok then. I should've taken a photo and sent it to ministry of health and mpi
k. m.I was dissatisfied and disappointed when I took the Cauliflower and other items to the counter on Saturday. Instead of charging me $4.49 for the Cauliflower the machine printed out it as $5.49. I raised the point immediately and I was right. The innocent cashier said no one has checked the price till I brought it up after 4 pm.

K. S.New World supermarket Queenstown, New World is always our go to shop for all our groceries, always well stocked shop and clean toilets. Very helpful and friendly staff 😊 and Queenstown did not let us down "was quite surprised to find that there prices weren't much different than what we pay at home.

J. M.I totally love this store even more now it is open till 10pm at nights. The fruit and veges are the FRESHEST EVER. The staff are totally amazing and nothing is ever a problem for them to go and do for you. The aisles are beautifully set out and the goods are easy to find. They even have their very own meet and greet store cat Izzy which everyone loves. Well done New World :) The only drawback is you don't have on-line delivery. I know a lot of people that never find the time to get to the shops and a delivery service would be amazing. Hopefully this might be something you would consider in the future. Still the best store in the Wakatipu region :)

N.Prices are low enough, but if you want bulk goods, it's cheaper to drive to Pak n Save. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially with trying to find certain products. Not too busy in the morning, but gets quite full later in the day. The cat is pretty adorable.

L. J.A little surprised with the lack of vegetable choices in the produce department but it was almost 5pm when we called in. Apart from that it's your standard supermarket.

M.These guys have everything you may need, I came to buy extra batteries for my personal pleasure device and lubricant as going into self isolation ( for no other reason than wanting to spend time alone).. spotted trump hiding in fish freezer disguised as a peeled prawn waiting to surprise mel doing her weekly shop, Oh they also have a great booze section
R. E.Limited selection of cheeses - weird for NZ! Had a pretty good selection of everything else we needed though. Way better than corner stores around town, worth the 10 Min drive!
L. R.We were expected by the young guy to pack our own 5 bags. When we asked aren't you packing anymore he quickly tried to help and was trying to put soft fruit down the bottom. Either inexperienced or lack of training. We are regular overseas visitors and always shop at New World.
J. L.When I come here I always get the fresh salmon and tuna sashimi and the prawns in cocktail sauce from the deli area. They are the only ones who have it and done right! Always fresh and great for my fish fix.

-I'm thankful for New World grocery.
-After a long day of traveling & finally checking into our accomodation, I was surprised that it had a small kitchen.
-So why not go grocery shopping to take advantage?
-This grocery store has everything you need including a great deli, fresh meat, wines & more.
Overall, it's an above average grocery store & well worth shopping at.
