B. C. (.Our choice of Countdowns in this town. Reasonably large aisles. It's usually quiet early in the morning for those who are sensitive to noise and lots of people.
L. O.A smaller and more cramped Countdown than the other 2 in Rotorua. Items were easy to find. Pity about the poor spelling of muesli, on the overhead sign. Get it fixed, guys.

H.Customer service wasn't great. Staff were talking amongst each other leaving customers waiting to be served. Not the first time I've encountered this exoerience. Overall I like the large space in the aisles to move through with ease. Well signposted for finding merchandise.

Staff always very helpful and pleasant Central Mall also has a great free flowing movement by where shoppers have great respect for each other around them. Shop outlets have all provided safe awareness to their customers and staff. What more can anyone expect when pan/19 has made us aware of what can happen in times of a crisis. LETS ALL KEEP SAFE.

I did a delivery in there today and I had a few dramas. The man and security guard that came and helped me were absolutely fantastic.

H.I've only been there a few times and just had a quick pop in to grab some lunch and snacks for my baby which was great cause the supermarket I usually go to for weekly shopping dosent have any of the baby snacks in there stock at all so I loved the variety I could grab for my baby and the multi buy was super cheap for me I was actually surprised and the customer services was nice.. no complaints from me
K. P.Only gave 3 stars because I didnt see signage for personal hygiene and at the checkout out when I asked for a certain brand of cigarette they gave me one that is $20 more than what I normally pay
V. Y.We buy our groceries from this Countdown as it’s less busier than the other shops and I have an AA card. Items are quite organised yet some products are just expensive compared to this other supermarket. I liked shopping here as it just have almost everything I needed.

D. J.Lovely shop with really friendly staff. Loads of easy parking and the store is clean. Good for a quick top up or the weekly shop. Rotorua shopping mall almost next door. Have a browse around then get something nice for dinner.

S. J.It's a bit of a funny layout but has pretty much everything you expect from a countdown. There dose need to be some more signage to tell you were exactly it is though. The road signs point you to the car park but it's on the other side of the mall.
W. R.the overhead signs are to high, they need to be more ground level or there abouts. Which means the products on display end to end need to be above the signage or on the stock shelves where they should be. But then again I'm only the customer!

r. n.Struck a rude lady on checkout who snatched the chiller bag off the conveyer to start bagging our groceries. Tried to aske her to do a separate transaction for a couple of items before shed started putting things through but was ignored. Wasn't a bad little countdown, the checkout experience was less than desirable.

M. G.If your wanting to avoid a lot of people, but still need to go do your shopping, this mall is the one for you, it's convenient for times your just too lazy to get done up, but still need to do the (Check list).

B.If you can get past the parking being an issue around popular shopping times and the pain of getting there through poorly indicated pathways through similar looking parking areas with exits/entries at poorly designed places, the mail itself is functional but too small if you are used to the level of choice offered in places like Hamilton and Tauranga. Without the Warehouse and the food court, I think the remainder of the mall would slowly wither. If you need something, come here, but don't make a trip thinking you'll be enveloped by a dreamlike shopping Mecca.
