My daughter took me there because I needed some school food. The staff were very helpful to my daughter and. When we went to check it was quite busy.A dear lady allowed us go before her. I was most grateful as my daughter st the moment is dealing with injuries which occurred at her work place. When we went through I thank the beautiful again and wished her a beautiful day. Everything is in its place, and can always rely on what I need is in store. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and more often than not proactive in offering assistance. The shelf fillers either move out of the way without being asked to enable product selection, or will hand the product over to the shopper. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it's always a pleasure to shop here.

Popped in today to buy some hambuger patties. Fabulous selection of meats. In fact NW has had an upgrade or is it that I just haven't popped in for so long....wider aisles, more variety of food and wonderfully arranged. A credit to management, but your Staff need to take a bow ... friendly young man served me and I left feeling welcomed and valued as a customer. 10/10.

It's a great supermarket which has almost every kind of food that you could desire. It is clean and has a good selection of fresh, neatly organised produce. The prices are quite cheap as well. The isles are also easy to navigate which makes it good for quick shopping trips.

Got what we needed for dinner. Just don't understand why New World prices seem so much higher than other supermarkets. Looked at the pre-made salad for a shortcut but they were a bit rotten at the bottom. Quick stop for dinner meat and fresh veg then out. Friendly checkout girl and very helpful.

A quick place to buy food, the only downsides are is that sometimes the carpark roads are small and cause people to pull out very close. Also the prices are a tad higher then other supermarkets. Aside from that it has nice and friendly staff and quick check outing.

Went to all Supermarket's to try and see which one was better in prices for the essentials and products I needed at the time, and found that New World was the best out of Pak N Save, Countdown and New World. Even prices for bags is cheaper too!!!!

New world are definitely the place to shop as it is a nz owned business same with pacnsave. So be opened minded and shop sensibly each business do have competition, so shop around.

When they have a so called bread special (which never matches a Pak n Save special) they only supply a very small amount of loaves and never restock the trays so customers cannot actually take advantage of the so called special!! Same with a Jarrah coffee special, the coffee is put on the highest shelf so only taller customers can reach it. They make it as difficult as possible for customers to take advantage of the special!!
