Great place to shop. They had a power outage this morning and the staff were working hard to get all the refrigerated foods. They went out of their way to get me what I needed anyway. Well done to the butchery deli staff for your hard work this morning.

This is a very new supermarket and it has a lot more on range than other supermarkets in Stratford. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. When I shop i choose because the prices are low and they always have everything I want and need.

First time visiting this store & found it good in terms of finding what I needed quickly & easily. However, at the Lotto counter there were three staff facing the opposite direction & paying zero attention to whether customers needed serving! I had to call out to be acknowledged which was really disappointing & showed poor customer service. It wasn't busy either so no excuses for the lack of friendliness. Definite improvements needed! 😡

Honestly very happy staying at the motel next door went in to grab some snacks and everyone said hi was very nice and the strawberries were perfect!!!! Both packs very rare at 8pm at night in most stores to get good packs on top cheers stratty CD

Often goods are not restocked when they run out, specials are still at the original price at the checkout. I always check now after being caught out too many times. Please don't make your staff wear those stupid Disney ears, they look miserable and I can only assume that that's the reason.

Excellent Very helpful staff. Shop there almost exclusively for our groceries. The only suggestion I have is that the sheltered trolley Bay always looks as though it needs a sweep. There is lots of Rubbish that has obviously blown there.

Today i managed to escape the 4 of my 5 kids to do a mad dash for the essentials... Only to have gorgeous miss 2yrs promptly fall sound asleep in my arms walking to the trolley stack. I couldnt turn back, nappies were needed n i might not get another chance so i darted round with sleeping girl in my arms, pushing the trolley one handed. I got to the checkout and disnt even have a chance to work out what i was going do next when both jaqui and audrey, checkout superstars, jumped to my rescue unloading my trolley and getting me all sorted without having to do a thing. Thanks so much for going the extra mile ladies, totally made my day! Please pass on my thanks to these lovely stratford countdown superheroes!!

This is your typical Countdown store set on the outskirts of Stratford but on the main road. It has your usual supply that you can find in most Countdown stores. There is a difficulty in cutting across traffic because it is sat on the main State Highway.
