A. C.Never been there before and was pleasantly impressed with it. Not the biggest New World, but it had a great selection of product, easy parking and very friendly staff.

E. H.Good grocery store. Has a lot of the other brands that most other New Worlds don't stock. Lots of parking and is never overcrowded. Best place to shop on your way to the ski fields as it is always well stocked.

H.On Monday 24th may we passed through comming from south taranaki heading to the chateau..we wanted freash mixed fruit for snacking on in our room, not tinned..as I surveyed the fruit n vege area there was none...I asked the lovely wahine if there was any she said out of season..but she said she can make some..we chose pineapple mango grape kiwifruit & oranges perfectly sweet..she explained it would be expensive gave me quote for 6 containers omgawd sold twas not expensive...thankyou for going out of your way whaia..new world taihape you have some awesome kaimahi

R. R.Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Dont think of dawdling at the deli counter however or you might get accused of wanting to ' change your mind agaaaaain' . Wouldn't buy from the deli again until the staff receive customer service training.

I must say the staff in that department do an amazing job,it can't be easy having to keep it fresh and bright.Well done to them keep up the good work
Q. M.Standard supermarket. Small selection, but covers most items. Low on the"budget" goods. A little dearer than big city markets but great friendly country service.
Has lotto, postshop as well as usual amenities. No public toilets availale
