The Staff are very friendly helpful and are very good 👍👏👌😊😀 While I was there a friend that I had not seen for awhile ordered before me at first I didn't recognize him because of the mask he was wearing but when I heard his voice I knew him l tapped him on the shoulder he finished ordering then I ordered we went out side and caught up on what had been happening since we last met while we waited for our orders

What lovely service. They were nearing closing time but they were still happy to cook my dinner. Letting me know how long my order would be despite trying to clean up. They never made me feel I was in their way and talk about service with a smile.........amazing.

The best fish and chips in TGA. Great customer service from staff,always happy and inviting. Fish is always fresh and chips are golden crispy. Always come here when able. Shop is always clean and tidy. Always bring family and friends here if they have never been!

Wow. Awesome service really lovely people and great food. Extremely well run and organized. Very much becoming a must visit when we're in Tauranga. See you next time we're back in town whanau.

they overprice the fish like $5.10 for just one piece of fish, like how money hungry are you? but their chips and such are decent i guess but please do better

I liked how they greeted customers with a big friendly Hello and smile😀. We ate in and ordered fishnchips etc. Best in Tauranga by far. Would of given five stars if a couple of slices of lemon had been served with our meal it would have looked nice and been affordable/easy to prepare for shop assistants. You know just adding those tiny little touches will bring the customers in again. Thankyou👍

Phone ordered some Tarakihi and chips for dinner..picked up on due time. Noted lovely, friendly staff and very clean looking establishment. Went home and enjoyed the most delicious meal..fish cooked in beef fat NOT yuk canola oil. Will sure be back.

I went here about 20 minutes before closing it was expensive but worth every penny just felt the chips could of been cooed a bit longer. But very friendly staff . Still give 5- star's though.👍

This is a very clean shop. Food is cooked well, not greasy or fatty, served on white/grey paper with no implements, the traditional way fish and chips is presented. Eaten with the fingers. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

So God Dam Good! Best Fish n Chips Ever!! Just don't think they should close at dinner time (7pm) 8/830 on the weekends. People usually eat dinner at 7:30/8pm.

Excellent service. Great crispy light batter on the fish. Crispy chips too. No burgers, but that's okay since fish is their speciality. I don't even like fish that much, but scoffed down tonight's lot. Delicious!

The fish was great, shame about the chips, $2.50 for a small handful ( not enough for a 8 year old). It's worth going down the road to Greerton Takeaways for the chips but stay here for the fish.

Awesome customer service, great fish and chips, seafood galore.. eat in or take away.. outdoor tables are also available.. no toilets..

The fish is absolutely yummy. So good to have a Bobby’s close to Pyes Pa where we are staying.

Enjoyed listening to the cook singing happily while cooking and displayed nicely to us on the table. Wished us a great day on way out

Chips were obviously cooked in fresh oil as they were delicious. As was the fresh as fish. My new find for Tauranga and go to place! Ka pai! Nice service too.

Well as the Greerton community will agree we welcome Bobby's back after a long absence refurbishing etc no other place but this fishn chip meals n fish monger in Tga a bit more expensive than most but acceptable because of quality and service
