M.This is a massive shop so did over spend. We enjoyed our 1st shop here. Even a lady to point you to the best checkout
A.Never had enough people at the till no matter how packed the place is. Oh and very often their bathroom is 'closed' although it's at night time where the public toilet (belongs to the centre) had also closed. Ffs it's flippin frustrating when you have a little who has to go & nobody would even help kept saying it's closed with straight face.
M.Just like all the other great Countdown supermarkets. Good selection and good prices, especially when on sale.

A.Store had quite a lot of people shopping when we arrived and we soon got agitated. Luckily the experience came to a nice conclusion when we arrived at the cashier. Her jovial nature and friendly demeanor had us leaving with smiles on our faces. Thank you Shelly

I.To be honest, the main reason I shopped at Countdown Bethlehem oday was so I could recycle my soft plastics at their soft plastic collection point. I had seen online that Countdown Bethlehem had a soft plastic collection point, and I'm new to recycling soft plastic so I came into Countdown with high hopes of being able to drop off my soft plastics, and true to their word, their soft plastic collection point was right inside the front door, to the left, and I was very pleased and utterly satisfied. Ka pai!
S.Large supermarket in suburban Tauranga. Clean and spacious store with ample room in the aisles. Plenty of product variety. Most staff are helpful with product enquiries. I did a large shop early morning just after opening time. As an observation, staff doing the online picking and packing should be mindful of other store customers, to slow down and keep left in the aisles. Some near misses experienced...

N.It is a very good supermarket easy to find items in the layout because of the clearly marked aisles. Most products are available.
Interesting note; the car parks with the walkways in the middle look like reverse parking spaces ie loading the rear of the car and not walking in the middle of the road.
T.Countdown was average , but plenty of room for motorhomes

D.Clean, tidy. Staff were friendly. Just the meat department had a part of their fridge empty. Otherwise a good experience.
G.Never been here before today. Fabulous layout, things "clearly" marked and priced. Staff very pleasant and willing to give advice and assist. Next time over that way I'll go tgere again. Great atmosphere. All I will say, is "you are made to feel welcome".

w.Good store, no problem with parking or accessibility and the customer service representatives are usually always helpful. Store products usually reasonably priced on specials and the range of items is always handy. Keep up the good work Bethlehem Countdown!

c.bought a bottle of wine off the shelf, then found it advertised in the chiller for $5 less. told 2 staff members, neither particularly interested. Got it at the lower price at the check out. shop ok otherwise
k.Good sized store. They also stock fresh flowers and bouquets. Not as big as some count downs but big enough for your weekly shop. They stock fresh hot food for a quick dinner so that is super handy. They have a customer service desk when you need help or any kind of returns or questions.
D.Grocery shopping is not my favourite pastime... but Countdown Bethlehem is clean and well set out. Staff are friendly and helpful.
C.My go to store for shopping. Love the staff, clean and convenient. Downside is ausles are not really suited to stacking shelves during busy periods. Should possibly do after hours? I also find that they could do with more staff on duty, very frustrating waiting in a queue when only 1 till is open although their supervisors are very onto it. Best store i have ever shopped at otherwise.

V.Plenty of parking. Easy access. Very handy for my elderly Mum & very friendly, polite, helpful staff. Great bargains.
I.Had everything we needed great
S.Always busy.But so disappointed that they discontinued the gluten free boxed sponge mix.It was both superb and versatile.Delicious beyond belief. Handy for a Victorian sponge cake with fresh strawberries and cream or cooked in a slice pan to be covered with jam ready for trifle etc.Great help for a busy professional.
H.This is my local, I visit often. Usually I am served by staff who are rude, unfriendly and seem disinterested in making the customer experience a good one. Same staff every time. Today was different. The staff who served me went out of their way to help me out today. I am very grateful thank you.
Q.They have a great supply of all things except cooked cold chicken quarters and halves. Otherwise im satisfied. 😊

H.Great range of products. Was having a rearrange the day I was in so it was chaos with trolleys of products in isles. Perhaps get night staff to do this to stop the late blockages at peak times. Other than that a good shopping experiance.
