M. W.Not my favorite supermarket.
Today I couldn't find the sprite - solution: all drinks in one isle (keep it simple).
Also, QR codes should be dotted around the shop to prevent congestion (and 2m distancing rule breaking) at the entrance to the shop.
Toilet door doesn't lock. No paper towels.
Checkout operator was nice.
K. J.A smile goes a long way....sadly lacking by the checkout staff. Lots of empty shelves but that could be directly linked to Covid. Nice clean store
A. C.Empty shelves isn't appealing. However these hard covid times excuse it a bit. Cant be easy with low staffing levels.

M. C.Awesome wide car parks. Sadly they don't stock kombucha. Inside the store is brightly lit with good signage. A few things on random places but helpful staff soon pointed us in the right direction

J.Friendly and helpful staff, clean aisles, and in normal non-lockdown conditions it has a decent range and variety of products.
C. S.Good supermarket. Smaller than Fraser Cove but still with the great range and price of products that I love about Countdown. Wide aisles that allow you to move with ease, with shelves that are generally well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpfull 😁

D. F.Its my local. 😀. Its just a good supermarket. Always clean and easy to access. Easy to get a park. Easy to walk around. And the trolleys are not so big that there are multiple collisions in the aisles.
Anyway...I'm usually in and out pretty quickly...which suits me just fine.
D. D.Staff are so great. I left my cellphone behind at the check out. They did all the right things, utilising my Google maps they even called nearby establishments I had been at, in an attempt to let me know that Countdown had my phone safely put aside for me. Super kids 💖
B.Just to the left as you go in are the hot chicken snacks, and a bit further on to the left is the deli. Cheap healthy lunch
B. A.I recently had a accident and found myself in a wheelchair when I wanted to do my shopping this was the only shop that went out of their way to help me. The bring the mobility motorised cart out to me and once I have finished they pack my groceries into the car for me. They are always so happy to do this and for me it is great to have some independence. Thanks Guys

C.Love countdown, staff are excellent but I had a girl Mila I think her name was, who never packed anyone's groceries, causing queues and I wound up when my groceries were bring chucked into the packing area. My chips were all broken when I got home. She had the worst attitude and does not deserve a job. Apparently they were supposed to pack your groceries. Dissapointing to say the least.
A. W.Honestly one of the friendliest grocery stores in the bay. Not once have I been served by someone who is rude or seems to hate their job, I actually notice we leave this store with a smile on our dials. Not the cheapest store around though, but the customer service is on point
S. D.Spacious, clean, well-stocked. Self-serve or use a checkout assistant. Suggest one checks use by date in products. Countdown has a history of pushing perishable product beyond recommended dates.
N. V.I mostly go here just because the location is convenient for where I live. Certain produce can be had for much cheaper at the Asian stores in Tauranga (ie. avocados can be up to $4.50 each here and elsewhere you can get them 3 for $5) and I wish they had a greater selection of international food. Overall, though, it's a pretty good place to shop.
K.Supermarket with plenty of parking. Easy access and reasonable selection of goods. Staff is hard to find i.e.when you want to ask a question. Often not enough tills open. Staff chatting and ignoring queues. Their rotating bag holders are rather useless for recyclable bags.
N. E.Poor workers rushed off there feet. They need to utilise the boys to get trolleys instead of sending the young girls that struggle in the heat an deal with inpatient shoppers in there cars.
J. R.Came in to grab some milk and find the layout of the store to be quite nice with flowers near the entrance. It seems to be very ideal to shop here as whenever I have came in it hasnt ever been too busy.
B. W.The closest supermarket to us, but we drive across town to Cameron Road as the overall experience there is better. Goods on 'Special' have to be carefully checked at the checkout for correctness, and the turn-stile type bag filler is an annoyance.

N. C.Always friendly, helpful. Just tonight, my car battery died. I went in to ask the lovely lady at the lotto/express counter if anyone had jumper leads, then Bailey rang around and manager Aleysha I think loaned hers. Bailey used his car and memory of how to use leads to get me on my way again. Absolute legends. Kia it's big time

All located close to Kilium Park with great views.
