This Countdown has a pharmacy that charges nothing for prescriptions. There is usually plenty of parking available. The supermarket has fair prices when on sale. Generally things cost a bit more than their main competitor, but the ambience and shorter queues make this worthwhile for many.

A couple of the staff are quite verbally aggressive. Could be because they have a lot of troubling customers through this time. However, one staff member has been angry and defensive several times when interacting with polite and orderly customers.

Even with level 4 and now 3, they have a smooth system that works well for customers. They have ran out of things but are trying to keep themselves stocked well and will check if they are short of things if they have any out back or when the delivery is due.

Countdown Fracer Cove is now my favorite shopping area now because I been shopping there twice times because my grocery was much cheaper & easier way to be closer to home with out beinging so naive about anything else. Which I changed my shopping habits from New World...

Countdown Fraser Cove is always the most wonderful place to shop. Staff are always helpful and stop what they are doing to help. Also the aisle space is excellent. Signs also are very clear and well laid out.... it's excellent. Has everything we need.

My favourite supermarket! It's large so has a good range of products and prices. The aisles are conveniently wide having enough room for a trolley on either side and still space for a trolley to easily fit through between them. Products are accessible, staff are helpful and friendly and the self service checkouts are efficient and easy to use.

Although countdown is not often my main supermarket to shop I do purchase a lot of my shopping list here. They have fantastic specials and the produce I have purchased here is always fresh! I prefer to buy fruits and veges that won't start withering the next day so often pick up things here throughout the week. Not a big fan of the meat selection but everything else is great!

Had excellent service at the deli where the guy first engaged with me in conversation, then went to the trouble of taking a chicken out of the oven, to make a half for me. There were only 3 whole birds left, in the display, but he just got busy and created what I wanted. Top Marks. Shame I didn't get his name.

Not sure what that other guy is on about with regard to reception... I get perfect reception as does everyone in my family. But this store is great. Love the layout. The staff are brilliant. Shopping at Fraser Cove Countdown was Awesome except for one crazy, stressed out person (not me) behaving rudely and aggressively towards other customers and staff turning a blind eye to her behaviour. Until she tryed to jump the que and then they dealt with her professionally. So Kudos to the staff.

Much as you would expect from a major supermarket: good choice of fresh fruit & veg, tinned goods, frozen food, toiletries, etc etc, etc, at mostly reasonable prices. Better atmosphere than PakNSave but not as good as New World. Countdown's prices are generally in between these two rivals but keep an eye out for discounted prices of, for example, goods getting close to Use Buy date or that are not selling fast enough at MRRP.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful supermarket this is. So much choice and caters so well for Coeliac ( gluten free) I will go back. The service from the checkout operator was exemplary.

So big, pharmacy there is a joke especially if they don't have direct access to the countries health system like other pharmacies do. Their prices are competitive but there meat is one to debate on.

Had 3 items so went through the quick cash lady was away from desk and when she dealt with that I put my bag on counter but she did not put my items in .she was preoccupied and a man out of que waiting she asked him if he was ok and she called him ova to stand by till and started to deal with him felt I was a not significant I left with my items
