M.This Countdown has a pharmacy that charges nothing for prescriptions. There is usually plenty of parking available. The supermarket has fair prices when on sale. Generally things cost a bit more than their main competitor, but the ambience and shorter queues make this worthwhile for many.
S.A couple of the staff are quite verbally aggressive. Could be because they have a lot of troubling customers through this time. However, one staff member has been angry and defensive several times when interacting with polite and orderly customers.
R.Good close to where I live mostly I go there if getting a few things ,but if I want to do a big shop day enough to last 2 weeks I will go to Cameron road pac n save as there prices are better
C.The lotto stand is run by the nicest lady in the world.
Manager is great value. Staff look fresh and happy
M.Good supermarket but stock is going down and prices are going up.
M.Always clean, tidy, well presented and easy to find the food. The checkout workers are friendly when you need help.
C.They have a free chemist in here which us awesome... The store needs more checkouts open at times
G.Even with level 4 and now 3, they have a smooth system that works well for customers. They have ran out of things but are trying to keep themselves stocked well and will check if they are short of things if they have any out back or when the delivery is due.
L.Lots of empty spaces on shelves again. Also prices jumped so much more in 2 weeks. Might have to become vegetarian at the price of meat. . Grr
K.Once again good place for groceries if you are in this part of town
K.I shop here only when I have medication to pick up at the pharmacy as there is no charge for prescriptions. Normally I would shop at Paknsave.
L.Since Craig became the manager of Fraser Cove Countdown, everything has been excellent. He is available and willing to listen to customers' suggestions. With his excellent leadership, the staff are great! It's always a pleasure to shop there

J.Countdown Fracer Cove is now my favorite shopping area now because I been shopping there twice times because my grocery was much cheaper & easier way to be closer to home with out beinging so naive about anything else. Which I changed my shopping habits from New World...
P.This Countdown is exceptional, staff are so friendly and helpful good stocks and has a chemist inside which is great. We are longterm customers and very happy with this store, the smiling happy staff are a great every week.

A.Countdown Fraser Cove is always the most wonderful place to shop. Staff are always helpful and stop what they are doing to help. Also the aisle space is excellent. Signs also are very clear and well laid out.... it's excellent. Has everything we need.
C.My favourite supermarket! It's large so has a good range of products and prices. The aisles are conveniently wide having enough room for a trolley on either side and still space for a trolley to easily fit through between them. Products are accessible, staff are helpful and friendly and the self service checkouts are efficient and easy to use.

r.5 stars although You might want to educate your deli staff . 400 grams of ham means 400 grams of ham, not 480 or 450 . Happens every time there bloody lazy mfs
M.Although countdown is not often my main supermarket to shop I do purchase a lot of my shopping list here. They have fantastic specials and the produce I have purchased here is always fresh! I prefer to buy fruits and veges that won't start withering the next day so often pick up things here throughout the week. Not a big fan of the meat selection but everything else is great!
L.Had excellent service at the deli where the guy first engaged with me in conversation, then went to the trouble of taking a chicken out of the oven, to make a half for me. There were only 3 whole birds left, in the display, but he just got busy and created what I wanted. Top Marks. Shame I didn't get his name.
G.Great Countdown store, staff are very friendly and helpful, there is the added bonus of a pharmacy in store, some great deals however stock options vary from store to store sometimes but we do like shopping here.

C.The best Countdown in Tauranga. When I can't find something particular at any other grocery store, It so happens that I always find it here. Also open later than other Countdowns
P.It was excellent. Ladies a Chemist were very helpful and friendly. The lady at checkout ( wish I could remember her name) was also very friendly and polite. A good experience for a Sunday morning.
C.Good bloke there, not sure what his name was but I know he liked to jam some call of duty but not warzone, he's og and likes his multiplayer. Countdown has some cool staff and always friendly. Has been me local for years 😎👍

P.Love the people and the service if all except one. She stands by while you are in the self service area. She doesn't smile or even look up from her phone when you smile and say thank you...I thought she was really rude 😲
A.Not sure what that other guy is on about with regard to reception... I get perfect reception as does everyone in my family. But this store is great. Love the layout. The staff are brilliant. My fave thing about it though is that they reduce items before they turn bad and do not waste by throwing things out. <3

N.Shopping at Fraser Cove Countdown was Awesome except for one crazy, stressed out person (not me) behaving rudely and aggressively towards other customers and staff turning a blind eye to her behaviour. Until she tryed to jump the que and then they dealt with her professionally. So Kudos to the staff.
M.Great place for groceries. Has a pharmacy inside - very handy. AJs Emporium opening inside as well - long time resident of the city shopping centre, should do well in it's new location.
R.Its okay not the cheapest place to shop.
C.A good store overall and convenience of an instore pharmacy saves time. I stopped shopping there regularly as prices on regular items I buy kept going up e.g. lactose-free milk. I noticed it down in price today by 40c.
R.I don't go there often but lately I have noticed their selection is bigger and I can always find what I want, will go again
S.Much as you would expect from a major supermarket: good choice of fresh fruit & veg, tinned goods, frozen food, toiletries, etc etc, etc, at mostly reasonable prices. Better atmosphere than PakNSave but not as good as New World. Countdown's prices are generally in between these two rivals but keep an eye out for discounted prices of, for example, goods getting close to Use Buy date or that are not selling fast enough at MRRP.

M.Oh my goodness, what a wonderful supermarket this is. So much choice and caters so well for Coeliac ( gluten free) I will go back. The service from the checkout operator was exemplary.
j.So big, pharmacy there is a joke especially if they don't have direct access to the countries health system like other pharmacies do. Their prices are competitive but there meat is one to debate on.
C.Always clean, great range and the same helpful staff I always see. Top notch.

J.Clean, well stocked but not enough checkouts open. There are self service checkouts available but as a matter of principle I will not use them, I do not agree with doing staff out of jobs
R.Had 3 items so went through the quick cash lady was away from desk and when she dealt with that I put my bag on counter but she did not put my items in .she was preoccupied and a man out of que waiting she asked him if he was ok and she called him ova to stand by till and started to deal with him felt I was a not significant I left with my items
