W.Must say best Raw Fish I've ever had from a supermarket, thanks Brookfield New World. Great quality and tastes really fresh. The supermarket and layout is great, everything you need in one shop. Would definitely shop here again. The staff are super helpful and lovely to speak with.
M.A very nice atmosphere. Clean and orderly. Prices are higher than other places although with the loyalty card discounts, a discerning shopper can find some good deals.
C.I do my everyday-shopping here and it is awesome to have a New World so close to home. They dont have the best selection of products, so every now and then we have to drive a bit further to get specific things. But for most things its good enough.
Due to covid they seem to run out of stock from time to time, but thats really everywhere in the country right now.

F.New World Supermarkets are a great place to shop. This one is no exception. My favourite department is the deli and this one is good.

P.I just love this super market. Very pleasant staff an shop well set out. Hasnt been a location of interest as yet in respect to covid19 so thats why i travelled from the Mount to Brookfield to do a grocery shopping.

She was polite on the phone, solved the issue, changed my order to delivery with no issue and phoned back promptly with answer. So thank you for making a stress ful time run easy you legend. The club sandiches and sushi we ordered were yum! Fresh and tasty so thankyou team and Brookfield.
H.Really great New World supermarket. Lots of variety of products and there is a vast variety of prepared foods, such as stuffed sausages, frittatas, quiches, pies etc for sale. Their deli and bakery are fabulous. I really enjoy shopping here.

However today I saw members of the cafe staff talking amongst themselves with tables uncleared while a young member of the staff maned the till unassisted. Not their usual service. Usually one staff member would be taking orders before one reached the cashier but today was not the case and they were not so busy to clear the tables. I would go back again though. They usually have excellent service. Get back to your excellence New world please

S.Great array and sort! I think that the shop manager has febulous sense of design and cleaning. Also, placement is good, following customers step. Foods and goods are fresh and neat. Especially, you can find delicious cake case with shots including cream. That idea is wonderful.
I.Home is where the food is.
New World Brookfield is so wonderful it is like a giant pantry. The selection of foodstuffs is extensive and stretches into the slightly lesser known food groups. You can easily find that one of ingredient integral to the latest cookbook recipe.
The staff are warm and polite. Also willing to answer a question and direct you to products.
Easily the best supermarket in New Zealand.
P.Has gone backwards before covid and shows no sign of improvement.

j.I at first thought what a clean lovely shop. My happiness however, was short lived due to the nasty way I was spoken to by a young girl at self checkout. She loudly berated me for putting my 10kg of potatoes back in the trolley instead of on the platform where scanned goods go. I am a lady in my 60s and 10kg is a significant weight. I shop new world for the friendly staff mostly, it's not the cheapest supermarket, but generally clean and staff are pleasant... This girl would have been 18-21 ish, and I've never been so embarrassed or belittled due to my physical incapacity. I will think twice about returning to Brookfield.
J.I don't normally shop at this store but was pleasantly surprised at the selection, layout and pricing from what I saw, seemed to be reasonable
J.Best New World i have been to. It has also been voted the best New World in New Zealand, which makes it the best New World Supermarket in the world!!! Okay, may have taken that a lil too far..... but it's good 😊
D.I love New World's deli fish and meat options but I find the shelf offerings somewhat limited and disappointed to see much of the chicken/pork on polystyrene trays 😳 we worry so much about plastic bags we carry our shopping in, but what about all the groceries inside our reusable bags?! Not really the stores fault, as they are packaged by the producer before they get to the store. Lovely staff :)

K.Great supermarket, lots of options from budget to upmarket. For a small supermarket they manage to stock more variety than most other larger supermarkets. The creche is great for keeping your preschooler entertained and the cafe has nice food that is very affordable.
C.One of the best New World SMs ever. Has a great stock choice but the family dont like the baking so the carrot cake didn't score as well as the pacnsave. Has a good wine selection and the only place I can buy a coffee-filled roll. Just need the roll to have more coffee taste. I also like the meat and deli. Looks fresh and clean.

P.Orderly place where everything is easy to find and the staff are friendly enough, but in recent years the range has narrowed and become a bit pricey. Sadly it's become our top up supermarket rather than our first stop as it once was.
M.Best supermarket in town. Cafe makes great coffee too, and flowers smell lovely in the florist. They've had some lotto winners too!

W.New World Brookfield is an amazing supermarket. I live the same distance between Countdown Judea and Brookfield but I would prefer shopping at New World any day. The variety is very nice and the staff are really good.

N.What a neat store. All staff spoken to made you feel welcome and were very helpful. Lady in the lotto even wished us luck when purchasing a lotto ticket. Checkout ladies were lovely Racheal F and the packing lady so cheerful. Obviously enjoy their job there. Would be worth travelling from Waihi once a fortnight.

G.Great Supermarket letting itself down by having only one of its two express lanes open, with a queue of six people. New World Broofield was famous for it's customer service. You cannot teach automated characterless checkout machines to practice customer relations. If you don't fix it soon I will be going elsewhere. You have fantastic staff. Make the most of that for heaven's sake.

R.This used to be my favourite supermarket, but having moved to another part of the city I now rarely get a chance to shop here. I still pop in occasionally when the timing is right, and it's good to see that the standards are just as high as ever.

J.Shopped here for many years now, recently refurbished establishment, incredible stock of goods, aisles are wide aiding comfort, bakery is outstanding, Rye bread is a favourite. Vegetables are mainly good, radishes and celery are a bit sad sometimes though. Impressive selection of meat, Brookfields own brand is worth a try. Fish is good from here again a goodly selection. Try the cafe when shopping is complete near the exit. L'Affaire coffee is delicous, baristas are young but capable of a good latte, small selction of pies, slices and sandwiches. A well run customer orientated Supermarket, staff are very helpful, professional and
pleasant. As your local Google guide I can highly recommend Brookfield New World...Some recent changes the coffee has changed to Cafe L'Affaire, still a superb coffee, I have 2 medium cups before shopping. No extra charge for Decaf, better price than the cafes in town. Strong, Creamy and delicious uplifting coffee made by the wonderful young baristas. Accompanied today by an apple Danish, just heavenly. For coffee and snack this cafe rates second place along with Dry Dock in Tauranga. Highly recommended by your Google local guide, go to New World at Brookfield and try it soon...enjoy ....15th May 2019 this is now the top coffee in the city, for strength, flavour and price my top recommendation as your local Google Guide, it just gets better. They have a range of cooked breakfast and brunch goodies as well to add to the glorious mix...try this folks you will be delighted.
K.Apart from the hair baked into the scone at the coffee shop, it was otherwise okay. The staff member took my friends details so it will be interesting to see the response from New World. It certainly made my stomach turn, and I had my own scone. Different flavour scone thankfully.

Huge store with variety of collection and good spacing to walk around. Billing is easy with assisting supervisor , express lane and self checkout. Better than their Bureta countdown competitor.!!!!

H.I have become more aware of the impact of plastics packaging and non recycleable materials and researching alternative places to do my shopping as although New World is nearby and pleasant service they are not being proactive enough in this respect.
K.New World Brookfield is unusual for a contemporary supermarket. It is noticeably and consistently friendly (the staff AND customers) and thus stands out among all the supermarkets I visit (many) as my prime choice. I wish I lived closer.
