Love shopping here. I know pretty much where things are now. Would prefer tho, that stock filler people worked out of shopping hrs, either early morning or after 10pm. Nothing more annoying having the big ladders in the way, or stock in cartons on the floor.

I won't do my main grocery shop anywhere else. huge store, nice staff and the bakery is just excellent. I would only request that more thicker cut meat options. The Crossing store has better cuts. I go that often the security guard jokes that I must work there. 😃

I like pack and save and most of my grocery shopping for the month is from there however today I was on self checkout machine and suddenly it was asking for assistance and one of the staff came in and said why I haven't scanned one of the items(very rudely) and I was thinking I might have missed it however that Item was already there on the list. And I apologized even when the item she was talking about was already scanned so I scanned it again and the machine stopped again as item was scanned twice, now the came back saying oh the item was already there and I was expecting she will apologize for incorrectly pointing me out however she said nothing . I understand that there is too much pressure on our workforce right now and you all are doing amazing job however please also don't disrespect your customers when you ask people to respect staff , please also ask staff to respect customers. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Great grocery shopping , cheaper prices, huge variety . Good parking ,and for disability and mothers with prams. Seating inside the main door to rest if you need to . Mobile shopping carts a bonus for disabled .Service assistance desk but not unusual to have to wait to be seen as usually only one person in attendance and with the Lotto outlet there ,can take a bit of time . Checkouts a bit narrow tho' for the carts if you also have crutches in your cart . Also usually queues at checkouts , so a wait can be expected. Not all checkouts open even when very busy . Nevertheless , the availability of a mobile cart is a plus and therefore a draw card for me.

I go here to purchase streaking hair dye due to countdown Greerton not having it. I have Grey's that need coverage. Plenty of room to go around slow people and an more in stock.
