E. W.Big selection of items 👌 always go in for 2 things but come out with more haha . The down fall is staff , some just can't even greet with a smile and have a friendly approach. What is thought to be a good shop is ruined at the end by the negative energy from staff members * whom also have conversations with other staff working in the same counter block * I personally find that really rude 🤔
E. (.Pretty great place. My elderly grandmother accidentally lost her denchers there and it caused quite the stir, but when we went back to find them the workers had already put them in the fridge in a nice little container waiting for her. Lovely service.
J. a. c.I like using the self scan machines rather then wait in a queue. The only drawback is one particular staff member who is apparently phobic about social distancing and shrieks at you to 'move away move away' if you need to have any assistance from her for any reason.
This staff member should not be on self scan service but out the back of the supermarket bringing in stock as she objects strenuously to a customer being closer then six feet to her and reacts as if you have leprosy if you don't give her six feet of space around her at least.
Her attitude is surly and disagreeable, she is the only staff member who behaves in this phobic manner, the others are fine, and one young woman in particular is always good humoured and cheerful when she is on the self scan service, just a shame she isn't routinely there.
A. M.Got what I wanted. Helpful lady in the biscuit isle helped me to find animal biscuits - just 2 packets left at the back of the shelf. All good.

S. L.I shopped here yesterday. The checkout lady was very slow, and talked full on to the male customer in front of me. She didn't say a word to me, and seemed grumpy. Then.....I went to buy a lotto ticket. I had cash in my hand and a ticket to get checked. She finished serving the customer, then cleaned a couple of her finger nails before serving me. Not a please or thank you, just a glare from her. I won't go back in a hurry ☹
