We do online shopping as we are not close to the supermarket and we get ours from Tokaroa. Customer Service from Dee is 101% the best service lovely lady always happy and lovely to talk to Dee goes out of her way and our shoppong so neatly packed Our dogs love seeing Dee as they know whats in the Van Thank you Dee for your great service😊

Can't talk about this place enough. The carpark is huge, always clean and tidy, there are always trolleys returned to the front of the store by staff. The staff are always friendly and approachable. They are willing to go the extra mile which is really awesome. Our online shopping has been the best experience overall. Everything is correct, and we usually are called if something is unavailable and needs to be substituted. Awesome mahi, whānau!

When there is specials in the liquor section like beer,the beer is usually never in the fridge section.its always hidden away or sitting in warm stacks further down the aisle collecting dust?can't understand it..and same applies for specials like 5kg chicken pieces.out of stock?seafood section,like mussels,is a pretty sad affair.no running sprinkler wetting the mussels, they just sit in still water looking pretty suspect to eat to be honest..upside,they do have regular specials and it kinda offsets the other things.and staff are more friendlier than most other branches..3 out of 5.

Countdown is my local supermarket. Its conveniently located from both my home and work and because I have my Onecard I always think of using it first before going elsewhere. As always there are products there that I prefer to any other shop or supermarket and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful and getting in and out of the store is a breeze. Great!

Plentiful mobility parks. Lovely community as we were passing through to rotorua. 2 unisex bathrooms are available to the left on entry, just ask for a key for the front information desk inside to the right. Air-conditioning was strong, was a scorcher of a day, we definitely needed it. Give their seafood section a crack, when me and my partner were there they had superb quality crab 🦀 and shrips freshly available. Will definitely be coming back when we come back to rotoRot

This countdown seems like it was adapted from a large 4 square or it's old and hasn't been updated in a while with quite narrow isles and it seems quite dark and dingy but other then this it does it's job
