New World Tokoroa has a friendly atmosphere, and a very user-friendly shopping layout, which meant things were easy to find. The extremely polite staff, great customer service and a warm greeting from the security personnel makes a stop in at New World Tokoroa well worth the time.

They have wipes for the trolleys, sign in ahead before your enter. The good is priced quite high and recently, they've been running out or low on essential items such as toilet paper, body wash, washing liquid etc Pricing is at an all time high so you should increase your budget.

Staff are so friendly and helpful every time. Generally well-stocked & shop kept nice & clean. I'm assuming shortages in some areas (my favourite coffee capsules) are due to deliveries.

Today was one day sale her, and they had heaps of great specials. Loved the roast pork special, dollar deals and ice cream was $3 a tub. Mean shop today.

Good range of products on the shelf. Fresh meat , fresh fish and a deli. Small store so they're limited to what they can sell. Only one competitor in the area but the fish and meat on offer are better here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good range of beers and wines too

Nice and tidy place as always. All staffs are very friendly and helpful by there service. Interesting thing is that seafood section lady is very nice and helpful too. Seafood section they clean the fish very nicely. They have lots of car parking available with wheelchair and strollers friendly. Entrance also very nice with all facilities. Exceptional service New World Tokoroa.I live in Auckland. We brought alot of product today for a funeral. Every department went above and beyond.Butchery,Deli, Bakery, Baking goods isle, frozen food isle, then the checkout. Thank you very much NW Tokoroa. Phenomenal. Well deserved 5 stars.

Clean, friendly staff. Not so well stocked in the variety of fruit department. Wish we could have fruits that other shops both locally as well as nationwide sell. Grapes/mango/peaches/nectarines/etc. Understandable if out of season. But even when in season or nw lacks variety. Green grapes a big culprit. Hope this can improve.

like to thank the young man who served me on Lotto. I started to scratch the tickets, I got distracted, and left the tickets behind. The young man ran after me to give me my winnings of $15.Now that is Honesty. I also liked the fruit and veg section, all looked lovely and fresh. Very tempting.

I love New World because there are some products that I prefer to purchase from this store than any other. I also find the entire layout, presentation and feel of the store superior to others I've been in. Its hard to explain but it just feels that way! The service is always great. Parking is plentiful and getting in and out of the car park is okay. Again, its not my first choice supermarket but for certain products and the overall feel its the best. Great!

Bit confusing when price labels are placed almost in between two different priced items (honey)... Otherwise fine, apart from nearly being charged almost four dollars more, at the till, for cask wine, than the label stated near the item... This was fixed promptly.

We visit this New World the most, and give it a 4 out of 5 rating. It would have had a 5 star rating, but the customer service brings it down. There are some good staff, but some do not seem to care. One guy interrupting our conversation with the person scanning, and saying a toothbrush scared him. He was throwing it down by her hand and she gave it back to him, then she commented that he did not stay and pack, so I did it to help her out. Little rude to interrupt, and there have been other times when was not the best service. No service, but I worked as a checkout supervisor as a teenager, and this is not on. But overall, is the one we go to and has most of the stuff we need.

New World Tokoroa was extremely busy due to the long weekend and also because of the Waikato Combined Motohome Rally at the Tokoroa Events Centre. Despite the busyness the staff were helpful and friendly and we were impressed with the variety of food available especially in the Deli.
