Amazing service - they are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. The layout is great with a one way travel to allow for the narrower aisles. Broken arm and they offered to carry my groceries to my car. Lost wallet and they took the time to track my movements on the cameras and solved its location. Just amazing!

Shopping keto supplies its hard as has only got a small section would have rated higher as its the main reason I go here every now and then for work lunches. However staff super helpful and do otherwise satisfy my needs when shopping.

Good quality groceries, vegetables and fruit. A little over priced for the suburbs but convenient. Recent improvement is an excellent ice cream bar with top end tasty products. The addition of a barista and coffee to go is good thinking and appreciated by this customer.

For a slightly smaller supermarket this one is always well stocked, clean and tidy with great staff. Good handy lotto outlet as well. Generally always plenty of parking which helps a great deal. It is also handy to a great Cafe, bakery, chemist, so a very good when little shopping center when living locally. Having this supermarket close by saves having to drive to the far end of Upper Hutt.

It's a usual New World super market, just with an exception that its the only outlet in the region where I can find frozen yogurt lollies.

Fairly good selection of items, just not many of each. They seem to always be low in nappies. There isn't a very good selection of gluten free, dairy free and soy free items. I would have thought being a New World that there would be quite an array, perhaps I expected too much. The store is not too big and all the staff are friendly.

The only major supermarket in Silverstream, Upper Hutt. This a medium sized supermarket, with the normal wide range of goods and brands typical of New World. They also have the typical higher prices. The supermarket includes an ATM and a Lotto outlet. There are plenty of checkouts, both self service and staffed. There is plenty of parking outside. They provide a good service to the suburb.

This is my go to supermarket when I have bits and pieces to pick up. I love it because it's close to home. It's clean. They have really good covid-19 systems in place and the staff are always helpful. Just don't go between 230-330 on a school day, parking can be a little bit of a hassle because of the school across the road.

Absolutely the best supermarket hands down. All the meat they prepare and display is by far some of the best meat I've seen in a meat cabinet . The produce is bright and vibrant and the fish and deli always looks fresh and clean . The friendly welcome I get just adds to the overall vibe of such a successful business . I was severely disheartened to find no Cheese & Onion crisps at your store today. In their place was Honey Soy Chicken flavour, and let's face it, that flavour should not even exist, especially taking over the Cheese & Onion space on the shelf.

I sometimes feel like I don't belong when I step into this supermarket. Maybe it's because I'm a north Upper Huttite and i feel uncomfortable surrounded by all the wealth of the people from the Silverstream/Pinehaven set - our city's power brokers and primary influencers. However, it's always nice to stroll around a supermarket of the rich and see the wide range of exotic items on display and then imagine what it must be like to live in their shoes. We recently took part in such a thought experiment and bought a packet of Mexican spice mix, which we used to jazz up some rice. It was delicious and we thought this must be what it's like to live in Silverstream in one of those fancy character homes. Silverstream New World offered us this opportunity of escapism for which we are grateful - four stars.
