K.The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The shelves are always packed and stocked well. The range and prices are not amazing but for the location they are okay. The fresh produce could be better but again for the location they aren't bad.
C.I think they try hard - being the only major supermarket in town must make it hard for them to convince people they are not gouging.
Staff are pleasant and friendly and found them helpful with queries.

B.Always enjoy coming into this store. People are always friendly, shelves are always stocked and in order, and almost always faced up.
This makes the shopping experience a pleasure, and the stopover is quick. The stock is usually in the same place this makes getting a couple of items most efficient.
D.Nice small store but had no T-bone steaks. Had Waygu, Scotch etc but I settled for a slab of rump for $12. Good veg selection a nd quality. They have beer in the cold room I've never seen before - got cans of 8.6 Black and 8.6 Golden to try. Only 8.6 Blue at home in Taupõ.

A.Easy to get parking most of the time and to find your way around the store. The deli has some new additions and the staff there and the fish counter are very helpful. I live on my own and often buy several small portions which must drive them spare sometimes.

B.Great service and a good range of products is the only reason for 3x stars... The "pricing" 🤔 will forever be (in my opinion) why this New World will never hit that 5-star score...
C.It was busy..but the checkout ladies work hard to get through all the shoppers as quickly and happily..most are very friendly..u get the odd one who has a problem being there..it shows on there faces..other then them.. shopping at new world is a relax experience

b.Just stopped off to get paper and muffins on way to Wahi Beach. Parked on road side as car park appeared full. Very clean shop and food appeared to be reasonably priced and fresh. Would stop there again for a big shop when passing through in campervan.

S.Great store not overly long inside which is great as there is nothing worse than walking around large stores that are spread out. This store has a great selection of products and produce and lovely staff to help you. It's well worth a visit again and again and again.
S.It's a great location when the New World is open. You can buy a pie and a drink if you like. There is a toilet in the New World, past all the checkouts. After they close it's the bushes or the 24 hour toilet around the corner on the highway. Too far to walk if your car is charging (unless it has a really big battery and will take a while)

c.Today I encountered a grumpy shelf stacker who glared at me when I politely said excuse me as I reached for a product. Then at checkouts all had no packers. Today being pension day shopfull of people, maybe shelves need to be filled the night before. Otherwise lovely checkout staff.

F.I like visiting this New World and often stop to buy a few items on my way to Whangamata. It's a good atmosphere and staff are so nice to talk too and great friendly customer service everytime.
The prepared food however could be better and the flavour in hot food is not quite tasting with satisfaction.
Always plenty of car parking space.
I'll always come back and shop here because the staff here are really genuinely friendly and nice.
C.Made a quick stop here while passing through and it was the.last day of 2017. The staff working were happy and excited about the.night they were going to have after work and their happiness infected everyone who they served. The store was well stocked and produce was fresh. It was wonderful shopping here.
C.Compared to a city New World this one is a shade more expensive...but I suppose that is to be expected given the location. It's a nice small new world that stocks all the basic necessities without being massive. Good for a quick grocery shop.
P.For a little town supermarket, they have a very good range of items and brands I personally don't see often outside of the cities, and that is especially good for people who can't have gluten containing products
B.Always get great service, staff very helpful , if product not on shelf they will go and check out back to see if there is any more

Q.I fell deeply in love with this little supermarket. I was on my way back from Auckland and stopped in as a result. Chicken so cheap... And beautiful variety of all goods poss.

R.Always stop here enroute to and from Auckland. Surprising range of groceries and ready-to-eat for such a small town. Great staff too.
R.I know that cost have raised but I must admit that I take pensioners to shop, slightly going out of their cost. Gold card is great but not for all. Otherwise it's a great store.

P.For a small town, populated by farmers and miners from the MARTHA open cast gold mine, it has pretty much everything you need to get by,to keep you going. If it's not there, a quick 10 minute trip to the next town, paeroa, gives you a better range of services, and the other choice is to head south of waihi, on state highway 2, for 35 minutes, to arrive at TAURANGA, a small city, where you can get pretty much everything you need.
l.Fruits were quite bad and expensive. Didn't taste fresh.
