I would like to pay my compliments to all the staff. In the year we have been shopping in your store everyone we have had contact with has been extremely helpful -not just telling us where items are, but stopping what they are doing and taking us to them. This as made shopping- something I normally don't like, into a pleasant activity. Professional, courteous and cheerful - your staff are amazing.

Bit dated but has everything you need in the way of essential’s. Not sure if they were trying to save electricity but seemed very dim inside. Service was friendly and efficient ✅

1st visit. Very well set out displays. Very clean. Lovely polite and helpful staff. On my visit the bakery displays and selections were excellent. I bought twice as much as intended. Parking is good. Highly recommend this store.

As far as prices go this is one of the more expensive New World supermarkets I have shopped at. Meat selection is very good and good quality. When specials are advertised they often do not have adequate stock so the shelves are empty and staff are unhelpful when asked when the stock is due in. It is not my preferred New World supermarket.

One of Kapiti's best supermarkets. Lovely and cool on hot summer days; always plenty of stock; helpful and friendly staff; and great parking.

One of my haunting grounds for food shop. Staff are amazing love to chat and help. Mr and Mrs Lee are willing to go the mile to keep the store stocked. I choose This as its always got fresh fruit/veg. I gave 5 stars. Because supporting them gives us a better service and happy customers.

Keep away from the deli. They sell expired food and cover over the use by date with the reduced sticker. Meat department is good quality though and they always have shelves well stocked unlike the other one in the area

Good and convenient to where we live. I find service good but sometimes overcharges on produce (vs whats displayed as a price ) so often have to check what is being scanned in . Kid friendly. Plenty of parking especially at the front catering for cars with babies and elderly.

Great thing about NW in Waikanae is that in addition to the self checkout facilities the rest of the checkouts are always staffed so little or no queuing for your shopping here.
