Very pleased with the online shopping service :) I order online every fortnight for my mum to collect, and each time it goes without a hitch. I have had to ring New World a couple of times to change my order, and the service has always been professional and very helpful

It has a good supply of what one needs. Moonlight potatoes, our fav available, which was great. It has some need of organisation. It has an unwelcoming front entrance. The vege/fruit area is cramped and a thoroughfare for people entering the store. We did a big shop one day and it was bedlam as it was hard to find things and the aisles were narrow and people were trying to get past. Next time we just picked up necessities, having done the big shop previously at a city. Expensive for Wairoa people. Shame they only have this supermarket. Checkout fine and friendly.

It's the only supermarket in a 150km area - it needs more space inside, more checkouts and better car parking. Such a turn off to visitors from out of town.

Very crowded in the middle of a work day. Limited parking. Good selection of groceries and take away (out). In a small town between Gasborne and Napier.
