The staff on were amazing, shame there was only 4 checkouts open and queues were nearly to the bakery. Absolutely no reflection on the staff, the ladies serving me were fab.

Have had issues upon occasion with serve-over staff pretending not to see ke at the counter if there's only a couple of staff and usually Eric ends ups at the counter serving even if he was busy out the back. That can be frustrating. Plus they cancel lines with no warning - I would grab more if I knew things I always grab will be finishing 🙄 Most of the staff are lovely and generally pretty good.

Friendly service. I have seen checkout operators harassed by customers on 2 occasions recently so I think it is important to appreciate them and be considerate. The staff are doing well in the circumstances and have always been responsive to my queries.

New world is a great super market. Well priced on most there products and excellent service. When you visit a new world store you can expect helpful staff and a clean store with a good range. Definitely New Zealand's best super market for the middle class. Definitely would recommend.

Pretty good local supermarket things are fresh and I can get most of what I want. Sometimes I have to go further afield to get special items. I travel round town for work so this doesn't bother me. Raewyn and the team run a great store.

There are several favourite items that every other supermarket have stopped selling, (& I have now lived in Manukau for 11yrs) but I always find them in Waiuku New World. Whenever my work brings me to Waiuku, I stock up on those items.

My favorite shop . New Worlds are amazing places to shop because of the setup of the shops and the big roomy aisles. The meat is some of the best you will buy ANYWHERE. and the vege and fish is awesome. The staff are SECOND TO NONE in the Waiuku shop, always soooo friendly and helpful. Both the shelf fillers and the check out staff are really amazing people. The bakery turns out some incredible food and Is a favourite with most people. Well done New World Waiuku, keep it up. .

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are empty spaces "out of stock" for everyday items that should be there. Items put on the shelves without pricing (mainly in meat/chicken refrigerated area) Sometimes 2 or more people + trolleys of stock in a single isle making it awkward to steer through or find things on the shelves.
