Excellent place and super encourage with young people (I estimate high school students) working for places like this (and please don't be offended what I'm saying next... I'm saying a lot of kiwi kids) which so different compare to auckland where I'm resides. Prices are cheap for queenstown standard otherwise

It is one of the biggest new worlds I have been into. The ques were long when I went there but they had self service which was quick. I went to buy some of the pams beef checks but they did not have them and the guy said they never have. I will return.

Well, it's a supermarket. 1/5 in the greater Wanaka area, oh plus a couple of foodarkets, but I digress. They have food and booze and a Cafe! So yep pretty much all bases covered really. Convenient. Would visit again.

Five stars for this New New World. A pleasure to shop with good variety. One of the biggest branches that I have seen in New Zealand. Ample parking too.

Love this new world. The staff, the variety, the space and size of the store is amazing! I get a work out while I shop (almost). Love the variety of trolleys for our small shoppers too (the kiddies). The café is absolutely yummy!!!!! The best breakfast and so well priced!! Keeps us coming back for sure!! Thanks so much guys!!!

Beautiful store excellent selection food and alcohol

Big new world with a stunning view (it’s a bonus) my fav supermarket to go to in Wanaka. it has big range of items that often I dont find in any other supermarket. They even have the eco soap refill. Shop also bright, tidy and clean.

Big improvement on the old new world super modern now could do with more car parks

Very new building with literally everything available. Super fresh produce and meat. A bit expensive for veges but to be expected as shortages across the country everywhere. A nice shopping experience and very busy.

Most Flash New World I have ever seen! Super nice store, well payed out everything was stocked up. Had a pineapple cutter machine. Eco friendly bottle-less soap dispensers you can refill your own bottles with zero waste! Friendly and helpful staff!

My favourite supermarket in the country. So beautifully set out. Huge range. Real emphasis on sustainability and ethical food choices. Something for everyone. Spent 45 mins wandering around finding lots of new gf rsf VG goodies!

A huge store sit for a coffee before or after you shop great place too cool down while you shop.

Very new supermarket, well spaced aisles. Plenty of variety. Nice fresh looking produce with bakery and wine/beer section too. Lotto counter and flower shop also onsite.

Has been my main supermarket for the past 8 months living in Wanaka but there is another NW (Old New World, this is New New World!) in town, so this is more a comparison to Old New World in town. Pros: - great pick’n’mix / nuts / etc section - refill station for shampoo / dish wash / etc - nice cafe - good plant based selection (burgers / tofu / etc - friendly staff - clean toilets Cons: - different prices for the exact same things (they are a 2/3 min drive apart!)

Rarely rate New world's, but this one deserves it! Bit of an odd layout but clear and easy to work out. The café is awesome! Great food and coffee and super cheap too!

One of the best new worlds I’ve ever been to. Great selection among products and super kind, professional staff. Really liked their SMEG deal. Highly recommend. Worth the extra price - and can be cheaper than other places if you go for the club deals!

Massive store, clean & everything you need. Good pricing and love the location, close to Puzzling World and to town and has a big Mega Mitre 10 plus a BP in the same area, everything you could need when you're travelling, all in one place.

Lots of vegan options. Baby change area. There was a beautiful lady entertaining my 9month old son and gave him a little teddy bear. Staff were so delightful. Thank you so much

This is the most awesome shop. It has everything anyone could want. I loved exploring the aisles with many different products I have not seen before.

It's a nice place to get groceries.

This is essentially a brand new market in a new development area. Plenty of parking and one of the few New World Markets with a more extensive deli section. Very efficient self check-out line. Make sure to get the New World membership card even if you are just visiting NZ - it unlocks a range of club only deals!

First time visit to the "new" New World. Plenty of parking on the North side. Can only access off Ballantyne Road at this stage. Very large inside, for a NZ Supermarket. Easy to get around. Impressive butchery/deli. Great wine selection!

Nice modern look supermarket with wide aisle for easy stroll through each section. Fish, butchery and service deli available. Friendly and helpful staff.

The supermarket is the best so far in South Island that I have visited during a campervan trip. It has everything you want. Even a section for international food. The most amazing moment was there were Santa & Mrs Santa greeted the children in the lobby with children lining up taking picture with them. Amazing place with a tradition!

Layout is very confusing and things aren't where you'd expect them to be but the staff are really friendly and helpful with telling you where things are

We are locals and other years wouldn't have dremt of going to the supermarket in Wanaka due to the excessive congestion. We to the NW Three Parks today (new years Eve) and it was a totally different and pleasant experience.

New, clean facility. Parking so much easier for campervans than the downtown Wanaka location. Avoid that busy location at all costs!

Quite a nice place to have a coffee too. They’re bulletproof coffee in the morning makes you ready for the day!

Good to see them pushing sustainable options, paper bags where possible and not having their veg wrapped in plastic.
