J.Very large well stocked shop. Excellent variety. Big area for parking. Fruit and veges plus bakery looked fresh and enticing. Good range of fresh proteins and large grocery selection.
A.The male at the self checkout helping us made our experience 100 times better, nice and funny couldn’t of asked for better service. He let me use the bathroom as I was desperate along with my friend and unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by I assume his manager screaming in front of many customers about him letting us use the bathroom. With covid and all I understand her hesitation but we had explained to the guy we were desperate and the manger/ladies reaction was horrific - you should not treat your staff like that. Especially the staff who are there working hard and putting smiles on people’s faces. Wish we got the name of the guy but he was a legend. We were there at about midday on Saturday for reference I hope the bosses read this and give him a pay rise.

g.Google took us to the inconvenient side of the building, you have to pack your own groceries ( unlike Woolies in Oz. And as it is the same corp it surised me) , deli guy was great. Good variety and alcohol as well.

Product on the shelves are easy to find and if they're not of arms reach there is always staff around to ask for assistance or a tall customer to ask for assistance.

H.Popped in here to pick up a few groceries on my way North. Convenient parking under the building which is a Godsend when it is raining or too hot outdoors. A good shopping experience here.
E.I love this supermarket, I go there to buy all my grocerys. They ALWAYS have all the things I need, I just wish they had more smoothies, as I love to have a daily walk followed by a smoothie.

B.A supermarket is a supermarket and it is only as good as the people that work there.
Often out of stock of items... I will walk in for six items that I know they have, and walk out with three. Especially items on special where the shelves are not monitored, and you can go two or three days without getting what you want... because it's already sold out.
Too often I have got to a checkout and scanned an item, to find it is at full price, while on the shelf it is marked as on special. A regular occurrence in the last 4 years that I have been shopping at this particular supermarket.
Generally everything seems to be kept clean and new looking, but this is not difficult when items keep getting moved around from place to place... go to lay your hands on something and it's moved to a different section.

A.Great location, plenty of parking and great variety. Lots of different varieties such as gluten free, international and vegetarian/ vegan options too. When meat is reduced to clear you can grab some great bargains. Staff are always friendly and ready to help

M.Great atmosphere when I am there, no matter when it is all the staff are happy and very helpful. Could do with more options of products. Sometimes I will see something in the weekly catalogue that comes out and they don't stock it. But always enjoy going in there.

M.Friendly staff. Great underground parking with good wheelchair access. Lottery outlet as the main entrance. Average deli counter but no butchery. All meats prepacked. .
R.plastic bags run out near washed loose potatoes, and none at all on the royal gala apples side, a great pallet in the beer chiller so you could not get your trolley round, and only one checkout operating. A pity because it is a nice big store but suffers due attention to small details.
S.Excellent staff but hopeless management availability to customers. I get some online shopping and some weeks it's a disaster and some wweeks they get it right but no one ever follows up if you complain.

A.Good range of stock, dearer than opposition generally. They don't sell fresh fish trimmings suitable for cats, offal is not 100%, no butchers on site, everything is Pre packaged.
F.I guess it's a good last stop for shopping after leaving auckland- it's a wee bit untidy and the staff are kind of sour. There was not a smile in sight nor any friendly checkout staff but all in all it has the basics and then some.
M.Open spacious business and everything neat and tidy. Such a variety of products. Clean and tidy. Underneath carpark was awesome as it was a terrible wet day.

P.What you'd expect. However, some of the store supervisors need to work on their attitude. Rather rude and surly. By way of contrast the check out operators were very helpful.
B.This countdown has a very modern setup, with a great selection of grocery items.
Whether party supplies, or filling the cupboards for the week, this countdown has you covered.
I found their store layout, and modern freezers made things very easy to find.
The only let down was the checkout man I went through. For five items, he took 5 minutes to get them on the computer screen. Then proceeded to muck up my change ($4 change from a $20 note...)
All in all a solid supermarket.
M.A bit disappointed a lot of things missing off shelves. Some stuff with no prices. Asked a worker, she didn't know and didn't bother to find out. But must admit a worker in the fruit and veg. went out of his way to find out a price for us. Thank you.
N.Well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. Best time to shop is just after opening - the place is deserted as everyone is off to beat the morning rush hour traffic!

I.Good parking, spacious store with a very good selection of just about every thing. Cash machine letting you take up to 500 NZ dollars at a time.
O.Countdown is absolutely amazing, sorry I don't have any photos about it, tho.
This countdown is a countdown that needs no change.
P.s., if any one from CD warkworth is reading this, than this is the family with the cute blond guide dog.

N.Free fruit for kids was a really cool idea. So whenever kids come into the shop, they can have a free banana or apple to eat.

1.Good countdown experience- has an under building park with an escalator up to the store....Also a pizza hut just outside so can order a couple of pizzas...shop and pick up etc.
T.Good prices on own brand options ,pricing on branded items looks to be 5-10% verse the other Brand ,you can shop on a budget here but don't expect to much.
T.Helpful staff. Click & collect service has greatly improved. Stock availability has improved.
