Not my favorite NW mostly due to the rediculous speedbumps in the parking lot. New World's are generally small. Consequently, brand choice is limited. Fruit always appears to look better than elsewhere.

Great staff and good produce but they NEVER have any bread. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week I try. I can never do a full grocery shop here.

The only supermarket in the Churton Park village area. A big and well stocked supermarket. Very tidy, well maintained and nicely presented. You can find quality products specifically fresh fruits and vegetables. The parking area is huge and never gets fully utilized most of the times so parking is easy all the times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bakery items and Wines are also available. They provide click and collect and there are couple of dedicated pickup slots. There is an ATM just Infront of the supermarket in case you are interested.

Very clean and fresh. Staff could interact with customers ie greeting them a bit more but certainly do their job well.

Yes, definitely on the best supermarkets I have been to; uncovential layout and very pretty.

Good top up shop seafood awesome range, good at xmas too... bakery is a good look at and past 10am sushi and sandwiches which we love!!

July 2019 I went here and was impressed by the wide range of products available. The store is located conveniently in the Churton Park shopping center and is easily accessible. There is a spacious vehicle parking section and a tidy and well presented foyer area. New World has all of the great brands Pam's, watties, sanitarium and much more. The store is tidy and well looked after and I was able to find what I was looking for. Thanks.

For a small supermarket it is pretty good

Nice little community supermarket with deli and bakery. Has all you need really. Fresh fruit and veges, meat, freezer and chiller items as well as florist and Lotto. Very friendly staff and always plenty of parking.

Is a bit expensive in comparison to others new worlds in other areas and do not have a lot of range. But works for basics. Meats are good and beers too. Super clean tho. Otherwise I will go to J'ville or Newlands. Much more range and price.

I like this branch because not only it has plenty of spacious parking spots but also it has a spacious space to shop. And it's New World brand so I will expect nothing far from excellent services, variety of products, reasonable prices.

Sorry this store is nat a hit with me limited chouce in product, dont try to get a decent steak its all paper cut. I love new worlds in general but this one is lucky it dies not have competition its like the old wainuiomata nw .

This is my local supermarket and I think it's great! Not the biggest selection, but the staff are friendly and acknowledge the locals, and they generally have the random stuff I need. Wouldn't go for special craft beers, and they never have the low carb bread I like, but great 95% of the time :-)

Some specials that are on this week were not on the shelves yet.

The person or team that bakes the Danish pastie bravo . the detail of the chocolate OMG just perfect .and the muffins too 👍

Used to be such a nice young man who worked there stocking the aisles on the weekends- always a lovely smiling face, helping and really lovely curly hair. Think he must of left a couple of months ago coz every time I go back to see the handsome young man he’s never there :( think his name was Samuel. Anyways still a great supermarket just should’ve worked harder to keep that amazing employee

It's a new world, they are also the parcel drop off and pick up point.....and they are friendly.

A smaller New World but usually fairly well stocked. A couple of the staff members (the younger ones) are friendly but unfortunately most are a bit rude. The self-checkout staff always treat customers like a total nuisance, whereas when you go through the actual checkout they're usually nicer. This is really unfortunate and an area I wish this store would improve in. A minor nitpick, but speed bumps in the parking lot are extremely steep which is unpleasant. Otherwise, it's decent.

Love the supermarket! It’s fitting in the neighborhood with short walking distance and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Some other stores are close to the supermarket and it’s a great place to have a stroll. Food quality is absolutely amazing.

For a small supermarket it is very well stocked. The staff on checkout were very friendly and polite and helpful. I will definitely go back there. 10/10

For most purposes this wee boutique supermarket is our favourite place to visit! The presentation, value for money, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is second to none in Wellington. On top of all this they also listen to their clients requests and respond positively. There is only one other supermarket I know of that does it even better:- Foursquare in Yarrow st. Invercargill (we lived there for 20 months until Mar. 2016). There defining extra was carrying the shopping to your car, hence saving you a little time as they then took away the trolley. On wet days this also decreased your exposure to the elements! Supermarkets of the world take note! My wife and I have lived in 13 locations mainly in NZ including Auckland as well as four other major cities throughout the country as well as two provincial centers so we have a fair range of experiences

Great local store with a wide product range. Close to motorway.

Always a pleasure to shop here, plenty of cheerful, intelligent staff who are keen to help, a good range of produce and products for sale and new, spacious and airy surroundings. Keep an eye on expiry dates and packed dates for some products though.

Quite expensive, weekend vege market offers little discount. Staff hover around the self checkouts and stare far too much which makes it an uncomfortable experience

I like to go to this New world. It is tidy and in a nice environment. Can often get good specials as well. I really like the Farmers' market they sometimes do on Saturday mornings.

Love this place. It's not as big as other NW but I can find everything I need. It's not so busy like elsewhere so i really like the freedom of driving my trolley around.

Love the convenience of the local market, also it's open until 10 PM. Super friendly staff best out of any other store. It doesn't carry everything, but way more than the basics.

A brand new local New World supermarket in the fast growing suburb of Churton Park. Not a full sized supermarket but new facilities and few shoppers makes for a fast and pleasant experience.
