Reviews of New World Regent
E.Got the few items I needed. Was not happy that people were let through without mask. The lady packing the groceries was too much in hurry and ran trolley over my toe,didn't apologise.. I asked the cashier why she was unfriendly to us and she said sorry. . Usually it's fine.
V.I had the best experience whilst trying to do a big family shop before Christmas .
For the last 12 years my father has been enduring what comes with having Cancer and has gotten to the point where its becoming complex.
The kindness from staff was exceptional and really lifted my spirets!! Everything from : helping me find items in a store thats not my regular (as I'm not from Whangarei ) to price checking items and finding they were perfect for Christmas budget... however the best part i have saved till last ....this beautiful spirited young woman named ''Hope'' just made my experience and Christmas season so much easier by just being who she is...
Her kind and warm infectious personality i experienced when helping me at check out gave me peace that amongst chaos there is still lovely people out there that simply by being who they are can brighten a persons fragile circumstance .

L.All in all great shop staff are polite and pleasant. But why bother having one person serving in the deli at a busy time in the shop, who say no you can't have any slices of the pork roast because there's no slices cut off the huge roast that's in the cabinet. On questioning the girl as to why can't she cut any I was told she is not trained to use the slicing machine. Oh lovely why bother having her as the only person serving. Peeved off to say the least.
M.Awesome as in a time like this.
So much more food on the shelves compared to other places.
Staff were very helpful in explaining to my 12 year old grand daughter about the 2 metro distance.
Wonderful work team.
P.Clean store. Respectful customers.
Seem to run out of some popular items regularly. A better stock control may be required
B.Great bakery with good prices and wide selection. Easy self-checkout allowing to get what you want fast. Also nice sheltered area outside to wait in line.
P.Love the out of shop NW sandwich and cofee outlet. Very nice staff across. Lacking in beer range (garage project) and zero alcohol options...
