V.On our road trip back home to Motueka, we stopped off in the AM to grab some snacks, my child brought pineapple and used the machine, when arriving home 6 hours later, we couldn’t find her phone. The next day we called it, and new world ravenswood answered. I organised for it to be sent back but needed to transfer some money for them to send it to us. The owners sent my daughter’s phone to us and did not want us to repay them. Very blessed. So we pay it forward every blessed thing we are blessed with. Thank you NW Ravenswood.

S. M.The staff at N/W Ravenswood are very good overall; unluckily l struck a person at self service checkout Monday 28th during afternoon (check camera footage) who argued the price l was paying for the maxi-Rump steak pack was because it weighed over 1kilo!
I pointed out Rump was specialing at $20.99kg but label clearly showing $24.99kg.
She continued arguing with me.
A Customer Service rep approached, who checked the price with Butchery, after wondering if the maxipacks cost extra - really?
On the wall above the Rump was clearly marked signage advertising the Rump Special.
The butcher adjusted the price to reflect the special, afterwhich l queried with her why C/S do not know what the current specials are. She said C/S are not informed of current specials!
No one at C/S apologised & the young person responsible for the fiasco had disappeared to be replaced by another who fully ignored me after paying & departing the premises.

M.Love New world Ravenswood lovely staff always kept nice and clean meat department is amazing great variety .I do find though that the grapes are not great this year so I have to go to Woolworth for them they must get them off a different supplier they are always so green and fresh and crunchy.Capsicums are also not always great need to get them from Australia in the off season always lovely and big from Woolworth.I do most of my shopping at New world Ravenswood just a few things let it down

Always greeted with friendly faces.
This week the girls were kindly gifted some wee Christmas goodies and it just lit up their face with joy.
It’s always wonderful experience even when they are a handful it helps to have familiar smiling good humour staff.

H. B.Lovely supermarket. Well laid out with an excellent variety of products. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to assist customers. It’s so handy having a supermarket there.

M. S.Thought this would be a good place to stock up before heading north with caravan.. no parking fir large vehicles! Not even a double park to pull through.
G.I have to say your custard donuts are by far the best I've had in a long time — coming from a picky American — please know it's SO HARD to find a good donut that reminds me of my childhood but you smashed it out of the park. Not too sweet, the perfect size and PERFECTLY cooked every time.
Thank you SO much for the care you put into your bakery items.
Also, your delivery driver is amazingly thoughtful as well. We always look forward to seeing her turn up.

P. d. W.I love this supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the store. And you can buy a coffee before you shop and place it in the coffee holder on the trolley.

T.I loved the roomy aisles, found the bakery a bit disorienting thou..rabbit Warren in their display sense..the fishmongers and deli staff were very helpful and the two ladies who tallied up and packed my stores were absolute gems. A complete difference to my first shop there with obviously harried checkout staff.

C. W.Supermarket is in good location for pegasus folk but the variety, availability and quality of the produce is very disappointing. Over Xmas period no salad for days, often gone early now if its a nice day for a BBQ. Some shelf products are missing for a while. I'm comparing to the St Martins NW store which is fantastic.
However, the staff are so lovely and friendly.

Covid management at the front of store could be better, due to the entrance door allowing cross over of people exiting the store, simple fix to swap entry and exit doors allowing a free flow through the store. Parking for motorhomes and cars towing caravans is non existent. I take up 4 bays if I can park. If I can't find a spot I go elsewhere. A caravan the other day parked across 6 bays. This is a prime spot for holiday traffic, parking will become a concern for the van fraternity.

A.Staff are friendly and even though it was busy, they were doing well with the crowds and the checkout supervisor knew straight away how to deal with my coupons so there was no wait. Great service!
