Looksmart Albany custom made the bow tie for my wedding. After searching far and wide for a particular colour to match my theme, it was Looksmart that came through. Their ability to listen and take on board any and all ideas and then also make suggestions based on their expert knowledge resulted in a beautiful bow tie that I’ll hold onto forever. You just have to provide your own fabric :) thanks again

This is my go to for alterations over the years. The service is consistently good and the turnaround time is fast. I can browse the mall or have a coffee while they work on my job and it’s ready to pick up before I go home. These ladies know what they are doing and take great care of my items. I have had different alterations from tricky leather jackets to fancy dresses to simple pants. Highly recommended for all your alteration needs.

Did a professional job on my leather jacket. 2 inside pockets were torn up because of age so they took the old ones out and added new ones. They knew they can do it, very well explained and took the time needed and delivered. Very well done. 5 star service.

The customer service was excellent as well as the quality of their work; The girls there were friendly and very helpful. I had a pair of business trousers that needed to be altered and the girls completed the job within 15 minutes. Fair price with great quality! Definitely return with more alterations.

I recently had a dress altered here for my friends wedding and I am beyond impressed. The service is very friendly and the turn-around was very quick - I was honestly expecting my dress to take about a week to alter but it only took 3 days! I would definitely use Looksmart again in the future.

Bought 2 items in to be altered, not an easy request as i needed winter coat taken from a Xl to a medium cut, and the result was phenomenal! the out come excellent, job and service 2nd to none cheerful staff that took time with me making sure I was OK with decision, and the results spoke for themselves! They have altered specialised sports gear for us that seemed to be a real challenge without any fuss. I wanted to get the sleeves of my new coat shortened. I initially went to Shore Fit Albany due to the reviews online however I was told by the lady there that it was completely impossible and she was unpleasant towards me, made me feel like I wasted her time for even coming there to bring an impossble job for her. Anyway, I brought the coat to Look Smart at Westfield Albany and they took it in, no questions asked, did an excellent job, 5/5 stars! So if you needed alterations, just go straight to LookSmart at Westfield Albany with no hesitation.

I've used Looksmart Albany half a dozen times to repair jeans and shirts, and they've been nothing short of exemplary each and every time.
