B.From my first enquiry to collecting my altered wedding dress the service from Roses was great. A growing baby bump meant there was a bit of guess work in the measurements, but Sarah did a wonderful job and even improved the overall fit across my shoulders! Really really pleased and it was a stress free experience :)
S.Hi Occasionally over the years I have used Roses and other than once the alterations have been done well. However I have rung twice now about small alterations and they seem now to have standard charges that are simply too high for such little simple jobs. Maybe they are too busy to want this work and that is why this has occurred.
K.They have done both alterations on a blouse and pants, and dry cleaning on a wedding suit and we have had great service at a decent price each time. Very lovely ladies who are super helpful.
G.Good, professional staff but MY GOD it was expensive. 2x A3-sized cushion covers (each cushion only cost £15 each, I might add) - $50 to dry clean them? I know it's Epsom but really?
s.Needed custom curtains for my camper. Lynley went above and beyond for me as i was leaving auckland in a few days. Quality service and lovely ladies.

H.I was looking to have a couple knit items repaired. Two cherished sweaters, hand-knit by my Nan. I'm SO GLAD I found Rose's. Repairs on knit items are tricky. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Not only do they look perfect, but the repairs strengthened the items, giving me more confidence to wear them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anything special.

L.My friend and I were bridesmaids and contacted Sarah at Rose's for alterations on the dresses we were given just 2 weeks before the wedding. With a budget that was much too tight and time being short, we were stressed and worried. Sarah was super lovely and understanding of our situation and calmed us down. She did absolutely fantastic work, ultimately leaving us stress free with dresses we could actually wear on the day.
The place itself is beautiful, with plush armchairs and tea and coffee - but it was Sarah who will leave a lasting impression. We truly can't thank you enough!

I took my item in last minute to be altered & needed it for the weekend , my dads 60th bday , they said it wont be done till th following week cause Suzanne who usually alters my items wasnt in till next week. Which was totally understandable , i should of taken it in earlier!! Anyway, Suzanne rang me the next morning & told me she had done my item for me!!! b.Rose's has been my mainstay for over 40 years. There has never been a time when their work was not up to the highest standard. The staff over the years have been extremely friendly and helpful. Ten stars in my estimation!!
