Staff very helpful and professional. They did an amazing job in my jacket. I would go back, definitely.

Husband went here to have suit altered prior to our wedding. He had pants hemmed as were too long, great work done on this. Picked slower option so took three days which was not an issue for us. Ideally would have preferred to receive a notification when job was finished. Husband would have also preferred more guidance on what changes would have been suitable as he felt unsure. Overall service was fine and job was completed well.

They are pretty good, no doubts. However, easily expensive. Even for minor jobs, they charge too much.

Amazing detail to work, they treated my puffer jacket very carefully and most importantly retained the insulation barrier by not having stitching between the inner and outer layers. I had a patch done a while ago, they matched the fabric and color perfectly, it was as equally water resistant as the original material. Fast forward a year and through wear and tear the patch started to come loose, so took it back and they repaired it and even bolstered it for me! Very recommended for alterations and repairs!

The team in the Riccarton are outstanding! I was greeted by a lovely woman who helped me measure up and cut my suit I needed for a wedding that day. Even with being so busy, they could sense the desperation in my voice and they assured me that it would be done in a few hours. When I got the suit back, everything was perfect from the shortening of the sleeves (which they had to take from the shoulder) to the tapering/shortening of the pants. Would recommend anything here for fantastic customer service and quality labour. Thank you again.

Highly overpriced. 2 x blk skirts taken up = $86 50 approx that is very high not charged these prices in Wellington. Thanks for your response but after just seeing the feedback below on a simple job costing $+117.00 it may be time to take some action rather than paying me lip service.

I had my pants hem in cuff sewed up by Look Smart. When I came to pick up the pants I found that the pant cuff of other leg was sown and reinforced as well !!!! They did this great service without even having me ask for it . How lucky I am to find look smart alterations in the Westfield mall . Thanks again look smart .

I usually go here and everything is always done great but I've recently had my hem brought up on some pants and a stitch done up. But annoyingly they both keep on undoing themselves even though i have taken it back once through the shop i bought it through.

The best alteration place I’ve ever been. Vanita and mele provides the best service, every time I go in. They’re always customer focused and and takes charge and puts in their own input which is ideal because I have zero knowledge when it comes to alterations. There’s never a quiet moment with the look smart team, they’re always so bubbly and chatty which is great! Look smart riccarton is the best place to go to when it comes to alterations, so go see them!
