My experience with looksmart alterations has always left me feeling beyond satisfied. Numerous times they have gone above and beyond so do the best job and make things possible. For someone who has struggled financially they are always generous and kind in the way they help. Fantastic customer service! Great team of lovely ladies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Marie from Bayfair looksmart is the absolute best. She is an incredible sewer, she took in a dress that was too big for me, not an easy job as had a bodice top with boning. It fit me so incredibly and looked so much better. She is so helpful with everything even when I just need to send dry cleaning. Thank you so much. Won’t go to anyone else!

Heather Torr went ABOVE AND BEYOND when she served my son. He needed to get some suit pants altered. As it was a very last minute buy for a wedding the following day, sadly it was time to shut up shop.. however, she went above and beyond and decided to still alter the pants for my highly stressed son.. Without knowing the reasons as to how we got to this point of a last minute buy, she saw the urgency and sacrificed her time for us. We are very grateful for this amazing service. Thank u very much Heather. You made our experience less stressful and more one of excitement and appreciation. We highly recommend her!!.. A very very grateful mum and son..

Heather and Bernita were fantastic, my new suit needed altering and I had left buying it to the last minute and I had a conference to attend on Monday. I dropped my suit in on Saturday at 12pm and they had it done by 3pm. Superb, helpful friendly service, thank you ladies.
