H.The best tailor in town! I have had a handful of items repaired or altered completely by Helen and she is always friendly when I arrive to drop them off. Every time I get my items home I'm amazed by the quality of work! She is so skilled - and quick! I'm so pleased to have found Helen here in Napier.
