M.We had excellent service from Sam, who did alterations on two 3-piece suits, my Maid of Honour’s dress and my wedding gown for our wedding. He also fitted a comb to my veil and put a clasp onto a fluffy shawl. It was a lot of work, and my dress had a lot of lace and beading too. He is very skilled. The results were perfect. The timing was fairly tight, and when I had an issue with the style of dress and the fit on me, Sam found the perfect solution. He got everything finished on time. He was also very patient and fun to work with through the process.
L.I came to Sam with a difficult task of making what I thought was a hopeless wedding dress into a red carpet worthy ensemble. I now have full trust that I can bring him anything and he can work his magic. Sam has the true talent to shape fabric to compliment the movements of the human body.
Z.I first met Sam when he altered a vintage dress I had bought. He did such a great job that he became the only person I would trust with my alterations. Over the years I have tested him with some difficult jobs and he has always found a solution to make the dress, top, belt whatever it may be fit me perfectly. On top of that his workmanship skills are impeccable. Sam and Grant are very professional and great people as well. I am sad they have left Sydney and may just have to travel to Nelson with my alterations!

J.Sam is without a doubt the best tailor I’ve ever had. He was recommended to me because I always have to make alterations to my suits and had never found anyone who could make alterations and yet maintain the style aesthetics of the outfits, then came Sam!

P.I got introduced to Sam and Grant through Burberry contract tailor. And they are part of the reason I spent so much on Burberry. They gave me the confidence that I can literally buy any cloth and it will turn to be a custom made couture. I couldn’t find a as good tailor after they left Australia for awhile.
J.He is a miracle worker, I had fallen and ripped open the knee of my favorite walking/working trousers and I wanted to get them wearable again, but was resigned to an ugly patch and re-purchasing the same pair once I’m back in London. But the solution of creating two vertical darts was perfect and it doesn’t look noticeable at all. So glad I found him while I was passing through Nelson, highly recommended.
V.I have borderline OCD when it comes to my clothing and tailoring. Sam and Grant have been nothing but professional and meticulous with everything I’ve given them, hence why I have been going to them for over 10 years. It was sad to see them leave Sydney.
M.I had these guyz do a couple alterations on my leather pants now they fit priimo but these guyz went the extra mile & couriered the finished product to me free of charge in the north island👍 Too much guyz👌 thankx heaps!!!
