R.I apologise about the low review last year all I can think is that my clumsy fingers bumped the single star it was not intentional as it would have been before I arrived at your store to purchase needle felting wool. I only found the review and your disappointment of only one star when looking for directions for this years visit. I have today purchased quilting fabrics, but forgot to get the shiny black pieces your helpful staff member helped me choose.
