Purely Piercings dispatched my order the day I ordered and my parcel was lost in the system. After a few days and no delivery, I rang them up because the courier had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I expected Purely Piercings to say the usual "Sorry we can't help you because once it's in the hands of the courier there's nothing we can do" But instead the customer service rep promised to contact the courier about the hold up. Next day, jewelry arrived. Very impressed by the above and beyond service!
