Guy was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. I got a septum, and felt very very little pain. Also gave me all the info I needed on how to take care of the piercing, and told me I was welcome to contact about any questions or concerns.

Firstly I had my nose pierced here. The Jeweller is so professional and excellent I went back and got my ears pierced too! He uses a clean needle rather than a piercing gun - I've been told this gives better results and mine all turned out perfectly. I have never had a piercing from anywhere else so cannot compare, all I know is that I had an excellent experience and would recommend Sagi Jewellers to anyone.

The best piercing place out!! Got my navel done here yesterday and Sagi was amazing. I have gotten my navel done at another place and had a nightmare. I'm never going to another piercer, Sagi made my navel piercing exactly how I wanted it to look like and doesn't mind you asking heaps of questions so you can be super comfortable! Prices are exactly the quality and fantastic service you get so definitely worth the money. Sagi is very kind, keeps you calm if you are a bit nervous and constantly asks you if you are okay and comfortable. Super quick and painless as well. I am obsessed with my piercing I couldn't recommend him enough.

My poor friend ended up passing out while getting her helix pierced on an empty stomach. He remained calm, knew exactly what to do, and showed outstanding professionalism in the immediate situation. When I got my own helix pierced afterward, the piercing was quick and almost painless which was suprising because I have a very low pain tolerance. Everything that was used was cleaned thoroughly or sterilised. He made sure to explain to both of us exactly what he was doing at each step of the piercing and answered all of our questions. Afterwards, he also gave us very clear instructions about how to clean our piercing properly. I am very happy with the service and outcome, and would go back again.

Sagi is absolutely fantastic to deal with, talks through the process, and generally makes the whole experience a pleasant one, given the procedure! Got my helix pierced here around 2 months ago and I am so happy with it. Really professional and calmed me down really easy when I was a bit nervous. So happy with how it turned out and I would definitely recommend!

I came here to get my daith pierced after reading all the amazing reviews, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! I was running late and even though Sagi, the piercer, was fully booked, I was still seen and pierced. I would 100% recommend this place. I really loved this shop. The owner is into this business for a decade now and is really knowledgable and professional. He knows his skills, friendly and polite. I can definitely say, it’s the best piercing shop on queen street, Auckland. All types of studs and piercings are available. I got my nose ring and lip stud from him. He was quick in changing them and I felt no pain. Highly recommended, do go there and double thumbs up.

I've got septum, I was pretty nervous to get this however at the end it was very quick and excellent skill to find proper spot. I've been thinking about getting a ear piercing for a few weeks, and I've always passed by this place whenever I came to the mall. I came in since I was already there and decided to get a helix piercing very spontaneously. It wasn't busy, so I was able to do it right away. The guy was very friendly and helpful while I was trying to decide on whether or not I wanted to do it. The actual piercing process was very quick and easy. Overall, my experience was very good, specially for my first piercing. I do hope to come back here to get more piercings in the future!

Amazing service and very professional! I had my piercing done years ago somewhere else that used bad quality jewelry and it never healed properly. The guy cleaned the area and looked at my ear lobe and the way I sat to pick the best size of ear ring for me. He gave me tips on how to heal it and told me to come back in a month to check how it is healing. They use high quality jewelry and choose the best size/style suited to your needs. Will definitely go back for future piercings!!!

Got my inner conch done here and was happy with it so also got my helix done today. Friend got her rook done here and happy with it too. Reasonable price and good service!! He checks that you’re ok during the peircing and tries to accomodate so that you’re happy with everything. Also good aftercare service if you do have any issues. Had to change my conch piercing as the bar was too short so went back and was a quick procedure no hassle. I got my conch done in Aug and its all fine and I can change the piercing myself now. Maybe going back for some more.......

Amazing place - I came in to change my ear lobe piercing but my ear had not healed enough. Instead of sending me away, the owner (I think?) treated my ear with some ointment and gave me some serum to continue treating it - Great customer service!

The Guy is amazing I got my 3rd holes on my lobes done and he suggested the rook piercing as well so I got my lobes done first and said I will think about the rook and come back when I was ready and because Sam did such an awesome job with my lobes and the pain went away fairly quickly I came back 3 hours later and got my rook pierced by Sam as well and I was panicking so much Sam helped me calm down and the piercing was over and done with quickly but it did still hurt but the whole thing was so worthwhile overall an amazing experience and will definitely coming back if I want more piercings
