R.Caleb was amazing and really helped me cope with my first piercings (ears). He was super understanding and someone who made me feel relaxed as well as comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I'll definitely be coming back to see him again (when I want to be stabbed again lol)

D.Clean, great prices, caring staff (especially if you're nervous). I got two piercings (one needle, one gun) and was really surprised at the lack of discomfort, to the extent that I didn't know the second piercing had been done! Great selection of jewellery... will definitely go back for more.
a.Absolutely loved it. The staff are so welcoming and professional. The waiting time was under 5 minutes and the piercing itself took about 2. They were very quick and clean when piercing. However it would be great to have the option if you wanted the cleaner or not but either way i loved it

A.My friend and I came to get 3 different piercing each, Jess made the experience really good considering my friend only had silver earrings and the one she choose was gold and our peircer picked up on that and warned her before the piercing went in, so she could change it to silver.
Also I was being difficult and changed my mind on my piercings and Jess was totally chill about the whole thing, made the experience super fun and definitely will go back!
G.It was very busy when I got my first ever piercing here, but my appointment was on time. Charlotte was really great, as I was very nervous. She explained everything, was calm and professional, and it all went well. She gave good advice on after piercing care and it healed well.
Once healed I returned to purchase a new labret earing, and the guy that served me (didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful, and even changed the earing for me. So I'm happy :)
K.Went there with a couple of gfriends. Jess did our piercings. Nose, Helix, Cronch. She was friendly, efficient, clean, tidy, quick & professional. Great advice & instructions. We had such a laugh. We're all very happy with the results.

K.Today I went in to have my 8 year old's studs changed over to sleepers. She was very nervous, but the staff were amazing, kind, patient and helpful. I'd highly recommend Keen on Piercing for anyone wanting to get ear piercings for their kids. The piercings were perfectly placed, and when we've been back in, they have always been welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease Thank you! :)
H.Very welcoming staff, the lady who helped choose my jewellery etc was excited for my piercings and seemed genuinely interested in making me feel comfortable. The guy who did the actual piercing was very calm, professional and skilled. I have been getting piercings here for many years and the experience is consistently positive, would recommend for first piercings :)

E.Got double lobes and bellybutton here last year, and my helix done a few weeks ago! Great service, they’re really kind. All of my piercings have been perfectly positioned and done. Really nice selection of jewellery too and you can go in for free checkups and cleaning. I’ll be in again in a few months for a jewellery downsize. Good aftercare instructions and you get talked through the upkeep of the piercing before they do it and then after as well. I’m a fainter so they’re always careful to ask if I need to lie down afterwards etc.
They automatically offer/assume I would like my ear piercings (even cartilage!) with a gun. It may be because I look quite young? I’m not sure.
They are, however, just trying to reach a wider customer base because people who don’t know much about piercings will get a gun because it’s cheaper and faster.
V.Unfortunately my 6 year olds ear piercings were a bit uneven. I took her back today and the staff were absolutely fantastic at identifying the problem and correcting it. I am super happy they are now even.
T.Went in today for a couple of piercings and stretchers. The staff were welcoming and they made me feel comfortable. When it was time to do the piercings they were efficient and professional - providing necessary information to keep the pierced sites free from infection/how to clean/what to use etc. The pricing is very reasonable - plus they do discount Sundays!

S.This place is so busy and there is one reason that stood out for me on my first visit.....its their customer care. They genuinely care and talk to each person that walked through their doors. My piercing experience here was waaay better then my previous 2. Genuine people here guys. One day you are gonna feel like getting a piercing in a clean and organized environment. Do it right and get it done here at Keen on Piercing!
R.My 10 year old had her ears pierced here 3 months ago and she had a great experience. We went in again today because we couldn't get an earring back in after taking it out yesterday. Sue from Keen on Piercing was excellent. She was calm, helpful and patient and professional with my anxious daughter. No charge even though we took up at least 20 minutes of her time. My daughter is was super-relieved and super-chuffed to have her earrings back in. Thanks Sue, you are a star.

G.I booked an appointment online to get the other side of my nose peirced (one side already peirced). I booked a sunday as that was the day I was free. When I showed up they told me they didnt do symmetrical piercings on a sunday because they took too long. Nothing against the staff as it's not their fault but I'd think itd be a lot more professional to put this on the website somewhere so I didnt have to waste my time....

S.Easy 5 stars!! I get all my piercings done here and have had great experiences every time. Just got my daith pierced for migraine treatment and even brought my mum in to get her first piercing in 50 years!! The team at Keen are so lovely, welcoming and informative, will hopefully be back for my cartilage next month 😉 Thanks again guys ❤️❤️
N.We've been here twice(2 yrs apart) for advice when my daughter's ear piercings have been inflamed. Both times the staff have been caring, professional and helpful. They listened, cared, gave good advice and cleaned her ear piercings off in a side room which was all very clean and lovely.
R.Our 6 1/2 yr old has been umming and ahhhing about getting her ears pierced for the last year and a half and for the last month she has been very sure about getting them pierced and asked to do it this weekend. They were so professional and kind to her and talked to her about her decision and supported her to choose her earrings. Such a wonderful place and we were so glad we were referred here. A.I'm 14 and I got my belly button pierced for my birthday. I got it done today and it was very good service the lady that pierced me told me how to clean it and what not to do with it. It was very quick and only a little bit sore. I would definitely recommend this piercing shop.

Caleb was extremely helpful and pierced my bestie and I with absolute professionalism but kept it a fun experience! S.Kerry was great when I got my tragus pierced today. Kerry has also pierced my belly button and 1 of my nose piercings. He has great banter and is a friendly person. I don’t go anywhere else for my piercings apart from keen on as I’ve always had great experience at both Hamilton and Henderson.

A.BRO!!!! This was a MINT experience. The two ladies who pierced me and my cousin were awesome. They let us say exactly how we wanted our piercings and they didn't force conversation. They used sterile fields and sterile equipment. I got a Marilyn Monroe and my tongue. My cousin got her cheek and eyebrow. Both of us are extremely happy with the outcome. I would love to say thank you 2 the two girls at tha keen shop 2day for peircing my nose again after an horrible experience at that fotris peircing shop in fairfield hamilton. My nose looks wayyy better and also thank yous for tha $10 tounge peircing i got bc my tounge was still open . So thank you girls !!!!!! I would highly recommend this place to get your peircings done guyssss. XX they are trust worthy and more experienced than any other peircing shop in hamilton especially fortis.
