I didn't visit the store just purchased online. I had a lobe piercing thats well over a year old somehow get infected suddenly and was very painful so I bought some cleaning products. They came overnight which was great and I started using them straight away. Its been a day of using and my ear already feels less pain. Thank you for the quick service and good product.

I've gotten 14 piercings here, just got another 2 today. Very friendly staff always willing to answer any questions, all their equipment is sanitized and clean before use. When I've had infections they've always helped me out at a decent price. All my piercings have turned out great, can't wait for my next!

very professional experience, the ladies who did my piercing were very kind and knew what they were doing. The piercing itself was painless and looked great afterwards. customer service was great, even though it was quite busy they managed to slip us in and the piercing was done in about 5-10 minutes. They gave us a very detailed explanation about aftercare. overall it was an amazing experience and will recommend to others.

Amazing, great service and staff members are so helpful. I got my nose pierced here and it was so fast and painless, they explained exactly how to clean it, how to look after it and also gave me a detailed piece of paper on what to and what not to do to your piercing. So.etimes I just go in there to look at everything they got. Overall Charm is a great, friendly and kind place.

Got a double helix on Sunday and I'm absolutely happy with the service that I got from the ladies. The lady who did the actual piercing was super friendly and gentle, she paid great attention to detail trying to get them to match up to the double helix on my other ear. I definitely recommend Charm Inc. For all your piercing needs. Been there twice, been super happy both times!

I went here a few months ago and the service was amazing. I came in without an appointment and I still got to get pierced that day. The piercings themselves were quick and painless and I'm actually travelling an hour just to go back and get some more piercings from them! Have done all 7 of my piercings here, very lovely workers. Have gone to other piercing shops inquiring about stretching and some places have been trying to sell me gage 2, and 00 stretchers. Everyone seems to actually know what they are doing and have given me plenty of advice for stretching and other piercing related things. Very much appreciated!

My sister and I got our noses pierced a few months back. Was my 4th time and my sisters first. Was a spear of the moment thing! Yanna was amazing! Great customer service and made us feel right at home. She calmed my sister very well and made sure she was happy and comfortable. Prices are better than where we sure from (Rotorua). We travelled over for a day of shopping and left with some new piercings. Have recommended to so many people and will be back soon! 5 stars.

Great place I went here to have a labret piercing done, the staff are awesome and trained. It's very clean and a good selection of piercings. They also sell contacts and stretchers/gauges.
