Booked for a half day tattoo , on arrival was told they didn't check their messages even tho was seen 2 days prior and told they can't do it. So missed out on getting tattoo. The biggest problem was getting nil response , I've had awesome dealings with you guys but this is a let down , especially while making the booking online which said available when in fact it wasn't.

Great work by Duane - the whole experience was much less painful than expected. Very accommodating with changes in my schedule to fit me in before I left New Plymouth. I would highly recommend these guys.

Sooo good! positive and supportive environment. I've had many piercings done here, all super professional, and I've never had an issue, the piercer is super sweet and friendly, and will always check on you making sure you're not faint and if it hurts or you're anxious you can possibly hold a plush. the tattooist are also very friendly and their work is very good quality and they talk to you with what you want and make sure you're happy with the work. 10/10 would recommend!

Come in a few times now for both tattoos and piercings and always walk away happy. The staff are super cool and professional. Good stuff guys!

Great vibes, clean environment and professional service!! The piercer is very nice and helpful, and always makes sure to put safety as number one priority. The tattoo artist is super chill and accommodating, also can't go wrong with over a decades experience. Highly recommend :)

amazing staff! ive had two different piercings done here, and both have been awesome with no problem at all. sterile environment, and the piercer is lovely and so good at her job!! my first recommendation for piercings :)

The piercer is awesome and great at what she does, I'm in love with the piercings she's given me! Both the piercing area and tattoo parlor are clean and organised. I haven't personally gotten a tattoo here, but the staff are always friendly and their work is amazing and always high quality. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff are always friendly and make me feel comfortable. If I'm not sure on something they always help me through it and make sure I'm making the right decision. It's the only place in New Plymouth I go for piercings now

Went in to get my anti tragus done, barely hurt and everything was done super cleanily. The piercer was super nice, and even asked me if I was going to faint (I was fine though!) because I looked a little pale. Great service!!

loved the experience, very comfortable and clean space with caring and helpfull staff, amazing work done on my arm today by Duane, went into so much detail to perfect my tat, definitly recomend.
