J.The procedure leaving the flight and going through formalities at the airport due to Covid was frustrating and laborious and took an exceptionally longer time than normal. However we were met by our driver who was very understanding polite and helpful and that helped change our mood. Thank you Brightlane. Great job and we’ll definitely use your services again

D.I booked a return journey with Brightlane to take us to Eden Park from West Auckland. The booking process was very simple and communication was great all the way through. The drivers on both trips were polite and friendly and the cars were spotless. The complementary water and wifi was a nice touch too. Will definitely use them for future trips and have no problem recommending them based on my experience.

Y.I am a frequent traveler, at least I was till the COVID-19 pandemic. I have always relied on Brightlane Luxury Transfers and Tours basically because, first and foremost the come on time and never complain if they have to wait for an extra 5 or minutes. Secondly, they have impressive service. They have free WiFi, water, updates magazines to keep one occupied when travelling to and from the airport and the best part is that they provide you with a charger to charge your devices. Their drivers are pleasant, friendly and warm and make you feel like a king. And the icing on the cake is, they are very REASONABLY PRICED. Even when I have an option to drive to the airport, I chose not to and travel with these guys. I would like to congratulate them on providing professional service with a smile.
