Exceptional service provided by the team at FlyPark. They were amazing and friendly to deal with from the beginning of booking online to being dropped off and picked up from the airport. They were quick and efficient to deal with and arrived promptly at the airport to pick me up but the best part was them parking my car right next to the entrance door of their yard so that I didn’t have to go looking for my car in the middle of the night in the dark. Honestly best service you could ever ask for and most importantly their rates are so affordable. I paid $50 for 10 days! I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

Flypark are excellent! Affordable and safe for your car. We went to Queenstown recently, and everything went very smoothly. I even forgot my bag in the van, and Jack came back straight away and returned it to me within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend using their service!

Amazing service I was late for my flight, Anthony drove me to the airport and kept my bag on board the van in the hope they would let me on the flight. I was leaving my bag for my husband to bring on a later flight. Unfortunately I missed the plane, it was my own fault. I then rang Anthony and he delivered my bag to me so I could take it on the next flight they put me on. He went above and beyond. Great service. I always use these guys as they are honest, affordable and look after my car.

We (husband and I) got picked up and dropped off from Auckland airport before and after going on a road trip. Both interactions were satisfactory. The staff were friendly, punctual and professional. Upon drop off at the airport we realized that we’d forgotten our iPad in the rental van and Robert from FlyPark was kind enough to drive all the way back to the airport to deliver it to us before our flight. Legend! That’s what customer service is all about!

I have been using Flypark for years, and cant recommend the service and security enough. The yard is secure, with cameras and security lights covering the entire area, the indoor parking is in a locked warehouse, and the service is fantastic - great communication, generally prompt drop off and pick up services, and explanations if there are any delays. Awesome service, and awesome staff. Would thoroughly recommend Flypark for secure parking out at the airport.

Can't beat the price but please leave plenty of time to get to and from the airport. Their service is slow. Took 20 minutes before we left the lot and the drive is 15 minutes from the airport in rush hour traffic. Waited 25 minutes for a pick up after being told they were "on their way". One driver was gruff and unpleasant, the other was absolutely lovely.

My vehicle HAs always been well looked after. Even when there has been minor logistical issues the staff are there to help and get me to the airport on time. I have used Flypark several times and have had excellent service and I'd like to point out the last time I used it, Dec 4th 2016, our flight was meant to have landed at 9.30pm however it was delay by 3 hours, we arrived to Auckland 12.30am so I rung them while still in the plane (landed of course) to advise them we were late knowing their service is closed between 1am and 4am, they were aware of a few late flights, which was great, however that is not the part that impressed me, our bags would you believe, took an hour and half to be unloaded off the plane! I phoned Flypark to advise them and he was not upset/angry one little bit. We were finally ready for pick up just after 2am and the driver picked us up happily and didn't make us feel bad one little bit. We received great service though this man was doing overtime without any bonus. I highly recommend Flypark for their swift and friendly service.

I got recently married and I booked this flypark.co.nz shuttle service at night for a holiday night out. And they have amazing drivers who are polite and gentle and we have amazing experience with this cab services thanks to them.

The woman (Sarah) who runs the show is awesome.. she really knows how to talk to customers and is really calm under pressure (phone kept ringing off the hook). If I needed a customer service person for my business, I would poach her!

I was very impressed with their service and efficiency. I will recommend them. The cheapest airport parking option during the Easter/Anzac holidays. My flight to Sydney was delayed due to cyclone cook, I received a call from their office @ 5am to check my arrival when I did not arrive on initial flight time. The drop-off of the car and trip to airport was very quick and efficient. No delays On my return flight from Sydney @11:59 pm, Customs was very busy. Flypark phoned to confirm my arrival and waited for me to come out , even though it was 12:45 am.

Set your expectations LOW and you won't be disappointed. Corners were cut to get this pricing. I was looking for a budget option and this vendor was it. Left on Friday evening, back on Sunday evening. Cost was $25, nearest pricing for known good premium supplier was $35, airnzparking. There is no covered waiting area at the depo. You do not get a ticket for your car. You can potentially be given someone else car, even when checking your car in. We had to wait 25mins before being taken from depo to Domestic terminal. They do not use a passenger check list so won't wait for you even though they know what flight you are on. We got luck as when we came out we just saw the shuttle leaving. Called quick enough the depo quick enough, the shuttle turned around. Could have been a 25+min wait otherwise. In short, if you are in a hurry and value your car, go to a known good provider. Would I use them again? Only if the weather was dry.

Nearly parked with another company till we saw the other company's reviews. These guys were most helpful and accommodating at very short notice. Really nice people to deal with. Used Flypark for a few years now and had no problems. Haven’t had to wait too long for drop off and pick ups and staff have been great, even taking a different route to avoid heavy traffic once when we were running late. Will continue to use.

A few years ago I had to go overseas at short notice and was a bit stressed out, I found Flypark online and their online booking was so easy and when I got down there I found Flyparks staff wonderful, it was like having a family ready down there to make sure everything flowed with getting to my flight on time so I was so impressed with them the next time I booked again I got mixed up with the name so I went with their competitors only to be disappointed and having to wait for the shuttle to leave that we almost missed our flight. So I dug out my paperwork found the right name and helped book some family members with Flypark recently, then I got a call from my family when they returned saying thank you so much for booking them into Flypark, said they had never had such a stress free time of getting to and from the Airport and they will be recommending Flypark to everyone too! They said the Staff were lovely, thought it fantastic value for having their vehicle taken good care of and said being able to ring the number free from the airport phone was amazing! They were happy too that they got picked up quickly after their call. I see a negative review, they clearly say on their home page their opening hours. Its up to customers to respect that. If they were communicated with before hand they would more than likely accommodate. They are like that. I would only go with Flypark now if I ever needed my vehicle stored while I flew.

We used Fly Park for the first time a month ago and were very impressed with their service. We were held up on the way to the airport from Coromandel & arrived alarmingly late with only 20mins to check in by the time we got to the park. The fella on the desk pulled up our booking on the computer in double quick time, I paid & we were in the van & on our way to the airport in 90 seconds - he timed it! A no messing around, swift drive to the airport & I made it to check-in with 15mins to go. Very impressive! A short while later I discovered that I'd misplaced my phone. We called Fly Park & sure enough, in my panic I'd left my phone on their counter whilst getting my card out to pay for the parking. No worries, our driver said he'd meet us out front of the airport in 5. My partner gratefully offered him payment for his trouble but he refused, saying he'd rather we left positive feedback on our return, if we were happy with the overall service. I expect people generally only give feedback if they have a gripe. The majority of satisfied customers don't give the carpark a second thought once they've collected their car & are heading home. On our return - at a particularly busy time of the day - I called the park to ask them to collect us. A short while later a friendly, cheerful woman arrived at the airport, jumped out of the van to help my partner load our bags then took us back to the park where our car was ready & waiting for us to transfer our luggage & head off. No waiting around, no damage to the car whatsoever. We received a hassle free service where the staff went above & beyond to look after us. I can't thank the guy who took us to the airport enough for all his help, I only wish I'd thought to ask his name. Hopefully if he reads this he'll know who he is - thanks mate, you are awesome! Overall I would happily recommend this company for both service and best price. We will definitely use them again : )

Exceptionally great parking place!!! Was a bit scared after reading older negative reviews, but decided to trust. And I am glad this is the parking I picked. The service was unbelievably fast, shuttle was available straight away - there was no need to wait, stuff were friendly. Guys delivered us to the airport quickly and in comfort, and picked up straight after we called. Car is in condition as we left it - it was even ready and parked right by the exit. Loved the service. The only suggestion : bigger sign on entrance - we missed it and had to look for the place :) thanks guys!
