My first time coming to this place, recommend by a family member. The staffs are very professional for their service. The WOF is done very quick without any extra unnecessary charge which I have been experienced at other places previously. Will definitely go back later on with other cars. Highly recommend!!!

Wow absolutely fantastic.. Dion, Jayden and Tammy done a wonderful job.. Today just done a replacements a couple bulbs 💡. But I don't hesitate to back for anything job my car needs. Tammy so friendly and good manners to talk new customers. Dion and Jayden very profesional and apply their knowledge at work. Thanks!

Really nice people. Went in for a kill switch/battery disconnect. Dion is the very nice man who explained my options and later rang to give quotes after checking what would be the best system and pricing parts. Tammy is full of beans and comes across as organised and very accommodating. When I picked up the car Jayden(?) explained how everything worked, a very polite young man. I would definitely recommend this place. There's cars everywhere which I think shows how many people use their services. Thank you very much.

I brought them a tricky problem car that several others had tried and failed to find/fix the fault. Dion did an amazing job tracking it down and fixing it, he is very knowledgeable and has the right tools and experience. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended by a friend to go to HOWICK AUTO for my WOF and I will 100% be recommending other people go there too. Dion did the WOF and he was super onto it. A prompt and friendly greeting, no waiting around and he was on the job. Honestly the best experience with a mechanic I've had. 10/10 for customer service between Dion and Tammy, it makes all the difference.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for saving me from being stranded on the side of the road today. From when I first phoned Tammy explaining my predicament to David coming around the corner to rescue me, the team at Howick Auto Electrical went out of their way to provide exemplary service. I rocked up here at close to midday on a Saturday with the bolts in my engine bay they just wouldn't move... The Nice Guy's at the front desk were happy to help me shift the bolt at no charge. A few weeks before when shopping around to get a few things on my Honda fixed for my warrant of Fitness these guys came in with the best price and also impressed me with their good service and friendly attitudes.

Had them install an alarm, GPS tracker and some electrical troubleshooting in my car. Did a very good job. Use good quality gear. Good friendly customer service. Haven't run into any problems.

I would highly recommend Howick Auto for their excellent service.There are never any hidden costs and they kept me informed with pricing, and if there are any extra charges they always let me know. I just had a cam belt and wof done before the holidays and they priced it up and advised me of the extra charges and explained why it needed to be done. They even asked me to come in to take a look so I could see what it was doing and have a better understanding of the fault. The staff at Howick Auto were great at keeping me informed, I have also sent some of my girl friends and family there, who also have had great experiences. Well priced and well looked after. I approached these guys for a bunch of work including, stereo, GPS, cameras, handfree, tow kit, high amps plugs for winch, battery upgrade etc. As a fussy customer my high expectations were met and the time taken to explain everything to me was fantastic. Very helpful business. unfortunately BMW's are super complicated and though the problems were not rectified possibly due to software issues they were able to provide me with steps to take and didn't charge me for this even though hours were spent on my car.
