My first time coming to this place, recommend by a family member. The staffs are very professional for their service. The WOF is done very quick without any extra unnecessary charge which I have been experienced at other places previously. Will definitely go back later on with other cars. Highly recommend!!!

Wow absolutely fantastic.. Dion, Jayden and Tammy done a wonderful job.. Today just done a replacements a couple bulbs 💡. But I don't hesitate to back for anything job my car needs. Tammy so friendly and good manners to talk new customers. Dion and Jayden very profesional and apply their knowledge at work. Thanks!

Really nice people. Went in for a kill switch/battery disconnect. Dion is the very nice man who explained my options and later rang to give quotes after checking what would be the best system and pricing parts. Tammy is full of beans and comes across as organised and very accommodating. When I picked up the car Jayden(?) explained how everything worked, a very polite young man. I would definitely recommend this place. There's cars everywhere which I think shows how many people use their services. Thank you very much.

I brought them a tricky problem car that several others had tried and failed to find/fix the fault. Dion did an amazing job tracking it down and fixing it, he is very knowledgeable and has the right tools and experience. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended by a friend to go to HOWICK AUTO for my WOF and I will 100% be recommending other people go there too. Dion did the WOF and he was super onto it. A prompt and friendly greeting, no waiting around and he was on the job. Honestly the best experience with a mechanic I've had. 10/10 for customer service between Dion and Tammy, it makes all the difference.

Definitely would recommend. This has been my local garage for some time now. Between Dion, Tammy and the rest of the crew you will be looked after. Quality work and fair price. If you are looking for a new garage I would definitely recommend these guys.

I had a really simple issue with my headlights and these guys did a thorough investigation and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Recommended

I cannot express how professional Howick Auto and Electrical have been to deal with. Ladies first...Tammy has a great attitude with fantastic customer service she has been amazing to deal with. Dion and the boys in the workshop know their stuff.Dion is worth his weight in gold, very knowledgeable with great communication throughout he put everything in black and white so I could understand the issues with my car, definitely went above and beyond for me. Just wanted to say thank you so much for saving me from being stranded on the side of the road today. From when I first phoned Tammy explaining my predicament to David coming around the corner to rescue me, the team at Howick Auto Electrical went out of their way to provide exemplary service. I would've been completely stuck today without you guys. Thanks also for fitting a new, much needed battery!! Love the fact that you guys provide great service to locals and are friendly and genuine people too.

I rocked up here at close to midday on a Saturday with the bolts in my engine bay they just wouldn't move... The Nice Guy's at the front desk were happy to help me shift the bolt at no charge. A few weeks before when shopping around to get a few things on my Honda fixed for my warrant of Fitness these guys came in with the best price and also impressed me with their good service and friendly attitudes.

Had them install an alarm, GPS tracker and some electrical troubleshooting in my car. Did a very good job. Use good quality gear. Good friendly customer service. Haven't run into any problems.

Very quick service and at extremely reasonable price. Sorted my car,s fuse issue in just 3 minutes and charged only $5. David served me. Highly recommended

We were about to go on a trip to Rotorua, but the battery died. They fitted a new one really quickly and the service was excellent. The garage is very neat and clean and gives a professional image of the company.

I had a tyre blowout on the road back from Omaha beach on a public holiday. I can’t change a tyre; and would’ve been so stuck if I hadn’t gotten some help! Dion from Howick Auto kindly stopped and took time out of his day with his family to change a tyre for me. He was absolutely brilliant and so professional; couldn’t recommend him more highly! I would highly recommend Howick Auto for their excellent service.There are never any hidden costs and they kept me informed with pricing, and if there are any extra charges they always let me know. I just had a cam belt and wof done before the holidays and they priced it up and advised me of the extra charges and explained why it needed to be done. They even asked me to come in to take a look so I could see what it was doing and have a better understanding of the fault. The staff at Howick Auto were great at keeping me informed, I have also sent some of my girl friends and family there, who also have had great experiences. Well priced and well looked after. Thanks to Howick Auto, i'll never go anywhere else.

I approached these guys for a bunch of work including, stereo, GPS, cameras, handfree, tow kit, high amps plugs for winch, battery upgrade etc. As a fussy customer my high expectations were met and the time taken to explain everything to me was fantastic. The work was taken on at short notice and completed in satisfactory time. Very happy Thanks again to the team !!!!

Howick Auto and Electrical provided me with excellent service. They were friendly and efficient and kept me well informed on the prices of procedures I needed done. After a trial and error processes with other mechanics and auto electricians I have finally found one that is genuine and isnt trying to rip you off. Needless to say I will definately use them again and will be sending all my friends and familty there way!

Very helpful business. unfortunately BMW's are super complicated and though the problems were not rectified possibly due to software issues they were able to provide me with steps to take and didn't charge me for this even though hours were spent on my car.
