A.I used the company as I needed to go to Airport for going back to country. When I booked I put wrong date so asked them to change and they did message very quickly.
The day I used, they text me before 1 hour and the driver had arrived on time and drove safety. I was pretty happy to chose the company! also price is cheap!

Very easy to book with, and where very obliging when I changed my pickup time at vert short notice, excellent service and would highly recommend them.

I booked this company twice to and from airport. very easy booking and quote online, followed by instant confirmation email, and prompt reply of my emails. the driver arrived on time and txted me on arrival, and prompt replied my txt. The car is stationwagon which is just right for maximum 3 pieces of standard check-in luggage. will use again!

K.I have found Mini Shuttles great to deal with. They were mucked around a lot with my pick up as my flight was cancelled. I emailed late at night to let them know and they responded very promptly. My next flight was delayed by over half an hour and Steven was their waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. He was very friendly and professional and got me home after what was a frustrating journey with no problems. For what was very slightly more expensive than a uber, I found them no hassles and very easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again.
J.Great service. Needed an early morning pick up to the airport. Thought of scheduling an uber ride first but given that these are not guaranteed I quickly got rid of that idea. And boy am I glad I did. Mini shuttle driver sent us a text when he got on his way, and even drove right in front of our door (we are a small house behind the main house). Can't fault anything. I looked at Supershuttle too but these guys would only pick you up certain time before your flight, and since we were cabin luggage only we didn't need to be there that early. Every extra hour of sleep in the morning counts! We sure will be using Mini Shuttle again. Strongly recommended. Was the best priced of them all too!
M.Booked from Botany to the airport for a Saturday afternoon.
The communication via email to ensure my suggested pick up time would get me to the airport (based on their knowledge of current roadworks etc) was very blunt, terse and lacked customer service.
Gave it 4 stars because the car turned up exactly on time, the driver was polite enough and the price was good.
If this company sorts out their customer service then based on my experience they would be 5 stars.
