It was too dark at night to scan in, the wait on a Saturday night was long, maybe a head's up to let us know if the wait is long

Best ever service I've had from a local taxi firm. I left my headphones in the back of a cab, rang up the office, and they had coordinated the return of them within 15 minutes. Both drivers that picked me up were also great. Really friendly, helpful, and well organised. Book with these guys!

Had to pop my 90 year old dad in a blue bubble last night from the Octagon and what a fantastic driver - he helped dad out of the taxi on arrival and made sure he was safely home inside. Thanks for your care and attention.

We walked into the Octagon & took first cab in the rank. Our driver was friendly & helpful from the first, & happily took us to Larnach Castle. I asked him about getting someone to collect us again early next morning & he agreed to do it, gave us his mobile number & turned up on time. It meant he left home soon after 7am to come out for us. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam. 😊

Rang for 2 cars early evening & they arrived together 2 minutes early & fares were very reasonable. Friendly drivers. Then late evening we rang for 2 cars & they again arrived together & on time with reasonable fares & friendly drivers. Really impressed thanks

The drivers I have met using this company on a regular basis recently are fantastic. They have all been really friendly and pleasant to travel with. My only issue is that the company's system with job allocation doesn't work. I booked a taxi on line on Friday for Monday morning. At the time the taxi should have arrived I checked my phone for a txt then went to the gate - no taxi. After 10mins called and got automated message telling me there was no taxi available!! Taxi finally arrived 20mins after booked time and friendly driver apologised and explained all inner city fares get done first then suburban fares. BUT I BOOKED DAYS IN ADVANCE!!! Shouldn't booked fares take priority? Too bad if you had an appointment - you'd be late.

The taxi driver went above and beyond service last night. I had arranged for my son to be picked up at 11pm from a party. The party had been shut down early at around 10:45pm so by the time the taxi got there it couldn’t get through the big crowed. The taxi driver drove up the street a little further away from the crowed and rung my son directing him to the taxi. My son was brought home safe and sound. I couldn’t pick my son up myself as Dad was out of town and younger brother was sleeping in bed. Thank you Dunedin Taxi.

Brilliant company. They're reliable. They answer their phones. Always there when they say they will be. Text you how far away they're going to be and will call you to see where you are if your not there. All in all. Good experience from this company.

Was moving out of the dorms and naturally I had many things to carry, two trips to get everything to my flat...taxi #123 helped with all the heavy lifting, awesome chap and super helpful...amazing service

I caught a taxi from the airport to the Kingsgate hotel, this cost $90.00nz so be aware that although the driver was good and the taxi clean it does Cost!
