Was a little late picking me up, and it was a very slow under the speed limit drive, but the driver was super friendly

Good ride to venue but return trip the driver charged us a dollar more than on the metre and said it was because we were using an eftpos card. We were too tired to argue.

The taxi driver picked us up at the correct time, but when we went to our friend's house (which was what we had previously told them we wanted to do) there was not enough space for us all. So, the driver took 2 of us + all of our luggage to the airport, and then had to go back to get the other 2 passengers.

I love Gisborne taxi service friendly service

The drivers I've had have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their dispatchers are likewise accurate and efficient, and usually up-front about potential delays. The range of payment options is decent and very convenient, with in-car EFTPOS and blue-bubble accepted as well as the usual cash. Lots of poorly explained bad feedback here often based on single experiences. Not deserved in my opinion.
