He was able to get me back up to Auckland at very short notice.
Charlie provides a professional level of service and I would absolutely use Airport Direct again.

M.Charlie provides a professional, yet personal friendly service.My booking for private transfer was outside of standard operating hours 7am to 10 pm but Charlie was happy to drive my friend and I from Te Awamutu to Auckland at 4am. Booking is quick & easy,pick up & drop off is timely (traffic/weather etc) which in my opinion makes for an experienced safe driver.The car was immaculately clean & tidy and we had a smooth comfortable ride. Friendly conversation and laughs along the way made for a pleasant trip.As a veteran of 26 years in customer service I pride myself on being a good judge of "Excellent Customer Service" which is what Charlie C/- Airport Direct provides.Highly reccomend you use this service.
