Best service I’ve ever had for my car. The staff is very friendly. The front glass of my car is cracked. I brought it over in the morning and they changed it immediately with 3 hours. The price is reasonable and the service is good. I will go again.

Not perfect but very efficient for interior car wash for $60 in 20 minutes. Accidentally scratched my car when finished car wash and reversed it back. They tried to fix it for me, but didn’t apologise Not very happy :(

Jay gives the best high quality service - very friendly, amazingly helpful, excellent communication, prompt & professional. The team at Five Star Auto are the best in Hamilton. The service is beyond exceptional they have always had 3 to 4 people working on a car at 1 time. The car ALWAYS looks like it is new. The team go the extra mile and lay down a sheet of paper on the drivers floor. They spend atleast 1 hour when it's not busy, you can wait up to 2 hours depending on how busy they are. BUT it is worth the wait I am never dissapointed after leaving Five Star Auto Highly recommended! It is best to txt them or call them for an appointment as they are VERY busy.

My experience with car grooming was ok not the best that makes me want to pay NZD $180 from time to time to clean my Golf R32. The attention to detail for the highest package was average especially exterior wise. They were able to finish it within the time frame, but the result was unsatisfactory especially when paying NZD $180. There were some hard/solid marks from wax or cut and polish, am not sure, but they were clearly visible and hadn't been cleaned off. There were some wet spots in the car such as around the wing mirrors. Wheels and tires were cleaned and look ok not that shiny especially tires. The interior was superb, shiny and smells new. All the plastic and leather parts were vacuumed out and treated professionally. However, the exterior needs lot more attention. Yes I have a tremendous and obsessive attention to detail, and some are too picky, but it's NZD $180 which is not cheap, and my expectation was very high. The staff are very professional, straightforward and friendly, and I would consider using their service again but definitely not the package that I paid for today. Price versus result, somewhat expensive for what you get.
