a.Quick go green app service amazing. The driver is so cool, friendly and entertaining. I didn’t feel like that I’m in cab. Just because of good driver skills. Awesome work. Far better then other cab services in Christchurch.Go with green guys.
J.When contacted the taxi company they were wonderful on the phone so helpful. It arrived on time but the taxi driver was rather rude and we had rather large luggage which we specifically stated over the phone and were told would be no problems, for the taxi driver to grumble at the size of our luggage and throw it around a bit aggressively. He didn't even offer change for the driver (yes it was a small amount but for the experience he wasn't worth that much of a tip!). Just rude and practically threw us out of the car at the airport
L.I would like to let your company know that my friend and I arrived at Christchurch airport from Gold Coast Australia on the 13th November 2018 with our plane being late so it was well after 11.30pm and a driver named Julien from Green Cabs took us to our accommodation and because it was so late he insisted on seeing us right inside because it was very dark and no lights were left on for us. We called Green Cabs back after about 1/2 an hour because we could not stay there and Julien came straight back to pick us up and took us all around Christchurch looking for somewhere to stay for the night. After 2 am in the morning he found us a room in Mr Juicy backpackers near the airport. As far as we are concerned Julien rates a 10 out of 10 for his service. He also texted me the next morning to see if we were ok. ( Could you please tell him that I could not respond back to him as I had my phone stolen the next day after we found a motel in Riccarton.)
N.I was followed by a stranger once and I got inside a restaurant to escape from him and dialed green cabs. From my trembling voice the customer service executive understood my situation and comforted me and send a cab. The driver stayed till I got inside my house.

A.I have only had great experiences so far and everything about Green is the way forward, I really hope to see zero emission electric vehicles like they have in Queenstown and Wellington coming on board in no time. Go Green!

s.Our driver (despite didn't know the way and GPS wasn't working) sent us home safe and sound on Christmas day from the airport.
