P. N.Arrived at the time that was scheduled and driver was great
J. O.Called for a taxi and the driver had virtually no idea how to find any streets in Masterton. I literally had to guide him. I understand the licensing agency have changed the rules so taxi drivers no longer need a reasonable knowledge of the town they're driving in because of GPS navigation, but he didn't even have a GPS unit. Disappointing.
