Great taxi service around the Nelson Tasman region. Fairly priced and courteous and friendly drivers. The Ihail app is also OK, Could do with the tweaks.

Never rewieved a taxi operator b4 - but these guys were really top. Ordered 4 taxi from dispatch over several days. Each arrived like a flash and the drivers were old school , charming and knowledgable.

Ride was great. Had no idea where I was but trusted my driver completely. Great chat also thank for my lift

Our taxi coming home was taken by someone else. Please ask passengers for the name and cross reference the booking. Not fun walking in the rain nor the wait for second cab to arrive

Fast service but no mask sometimes and can cost a lot

We were met at the airport by our driver, Liam. He was waiting when we got off the plane. We had 8 large checked bags, 4 carryon bags, 4 backpacks, 2 adults, and 2 children. Liam has a minivan. He said he could fit everything. We thought he was nuts. He flipping fit everything and we were all seated comfortably! He’s a magician. As he loaded up, he had a smile and was so pleasant. He gave us info on the city on the way and waited for us to check-in at the holiday park and find exactly where we were staying to unload. I thought the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Caught 3 taxis using app,didnt wait more than a couple of mins for pick up great prices would have been happy to pay more! All the drivers were friendly and happy to have a chat with us.they put auckland drivers to shame! 10/10

I recently used nelson city taxi to go to the airport. I have used them in the past and they have always been on time, with a tidy vehicle and the driver has been friendly and polite. During this trip we discussed my flight time but little did I know that i would leave my keys in the car. Even before I knew I had lost my keys, while I was waiting to board my flight the driver had very kindly returned to the airport to return my keys before I realised I had lost them. Thank you for going above and beyond 5 star service.

Great service and quality cars. Nelson don't have many Ubers so this was a great alternative and I like the arrival text method, it works great.

Rode in cab 30 to the airport. Cab was very clean and the driver Matt was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely request this driver again.

Sharing a bouquet recently received from a member of the public 'you guys do a awesome job'. This was in response to helping an elderly person (and walking frame) to and into the car. Nice to receive such feedback 😆

Always puntual and kind customer service

Usually Nelson taxi's are awesome but no.14 is not to be recommended. Although the driver is lovely this cab is filthy and it smells really bad.
