N.Amazing Service. I had a WOF / Service / 2 Tires for my Car, WOF for my Caravan. Parts needed my Car Engine. Highly recommend the work they do, the service they provide is outstanding. They actually care, took the time to listen and what is important to me when it came to the work on my Car and Caravan was what was important to them.
P.Amazing after hours service, managed to help us during the Christmas and New year's break. Really quick and reasonable call or charge.

J.These people are superstars! I broke down about 20km from Ngatea. Rang AA in a real flap. They sent Total Auto to give me a tow. When “Fish” turned up with his tow truck shortly afterwards I was the happiest girl on the planet. He was very obliging and kind. Took my vehicle back to his workshop in Ngatea. There were several things that could have been done, Fish gave me the cheapest option (charge the batteries overnight rather than put in an expensive new one so I had enough charge to get home to my regular mechanic). I can’t recommend these people highly enough. Enthusiastic, honest, professional and thoroughly likeable. Thank you so much!

S.We were greeted by Fish (Rob) after putting out the call to the AA. Rob texted us and arrived exactly when stated. Diagnosis of the car was quick and informative. Rob was very professional and towed us to our destination. The lift was fantastic and we got to learn all about his patch of NZ. We couldn't have asked for a better breakdown experience :).
